This review is for printing/shipping. Extremely inefficient and lax customer service, forget the 2-hour option. Impossible here. Calls to store are unanswered. If you choose to use this location, go at your own risk and allow at least 72hrs turnaround time for your projects no matter how small.

Cashier LESLEY needs to go. She is out of control, yelling at customers and other staff. She walked off the register half way though my checkout experience and yelled that "someone needs to take over for her before she loses it"I know we all have days. But come on. This is not acceptable from a child but it happens from a full grown adult while I'm trying to swipe my credit card and go.

The absolute worst Staples ever. Always empty but your copies sent online are never ready until you go in to pick them up. So online is pointless.I called to see if my copies were ready before going in and the person on the phone says no one will be in until 2pm, so they can't even check to tell me if they are ready or not. How ridiculous. The only reason i go here is because they're close. They should have been closed down years ago. They are horrible.

This is the worst staples ever, is this where they send all the incompetent workers. Print and copy service sucks, doing it online doesn't even help.. They wait until you go in to make your copies anyway. Don't bother calling about anything because they don't know anything about another department either. Just to find out if my copies that i put in two days ago are ready, i have to wait and call back at 2pm because no one is there until 2pm. I haven't received an email saying they were ready, and they were supposed to be ready by 7:30pm yesterday evening. I This will be my last time, i cant deal with dumb, slow and unbothered when im spending my money.

Great experience at Print and Marketing customer service specially Mr Chevon was very precise and helpful with my order, but I have to mention that the wait was long because too many customers and he was the only one to do the job. Saying that he was right on top and did a great job.

I’ve used staples many times and have been really satisfied with the service and orders. This time I want to specifically shout out and thank Chevon in the printing / copy department for going above and beyond. Truly you have a heart for understanding people’s needs and you displayed that to me in a very difficult time. I simply wanted to make programs for my sisters funeral service and he was absolutely amazing. Thank you!!

Called for a simple question regarding the ups inside Staples. The person on the phone interrupted and yelled “ WE ARE NOT A UPS, WE ARE A STAPLES”. I told her to calm down and that I was just asking a question about the ups that’s inside the staples. She continues to speak extremely rude and loudly. I hang up because she is extremely rude and aggressive. I call back and ask to speak to the manager, the same lady answers and she claims that she is the manager and that it wasn’t her that I just spoke with. I said yes it sounds exactly like you, she then makes it about race and says “what cause all black people sound alike?”. I’m like what are you talking about? I’m black too huh???? I don’t know what her problem was but she is extremely unprofessional. Someone like her should not be in customer service if that’s how you speak to a customer, disgusting. There’s no way shes a manager, she has to be lying.

If you're a business owner in search for a quick print-work for your business. Do yourself a favor and run the other way FAST! if you're a person trying to print a resume go ahead and settle for this amateur work. Here are the details…Business Name Location: StaplesAddress: 275 E. Sandford BLVD, MT Vernon, NY 10550I visited this place as a 2nd option since they had the printing paper in stock and able and willing to do the job… Like I said I came here as a 2nd option the 1st option made it very challenging as it is and end up here… because lack of inventory.Upon my arrival by 4:42 pm on Thursday October 12th since they didn't want to accept my payment over the over the phone earlier that day… they forced me to come in person from Larchmont, NY in order to proceed with this order. By 5:33 pm finally got a chance to speak to someone after me having to raised my voice in order to get their attention.The gentleman after attending to my needs and the situation on hand offered to have it printed within 20 minutes which I was unable to wait for it since I have to attend my 2nd job and need it to be in Scarsdale by no later than 6:15 pm. I asked the representative if they can have it ready for tomorrow morning by 8:30 am and he said “Yes!”Now it’s Friday October 13, a little after 9 am since I dropped off my kids a bit late in school that morning and to my surprise this incompetent employee is informing me that my order is set to be ready by 6 pm and not that morning… and wanting to charge me 30% of surcharge in order to expedite my order (remind you! Just yesterday they were willing and able to print while I wait). Can you understand the level of frustration? This is just label sheets to be printed in black and white, nothing complicated or challenging for a printing company to have ready to go…After arriving to my retail store, I called the customer services hot line and same results! No product on hand with excuses on hands… very sad to see minority take advantage of their position in order to give BAD customer service and force individuals like myself to have to go through this process and shame on Staples for not having a stronger supervising power in this matter, my situation is a true meaning of customer service for a small business and definitely falling short on this service, when it comes to printing!This experience falls on the customer service department from Staples, and the entire lack of management in this current store of “Mt. Vernon" where several minorities hold their position with only one thing of interest, their pay-checks - nothing else! Not the customer or Not the service! Very disgusting with this experience!

I recently visited this location for passport photos for my husband and I. We went pretty close to closing and Jeff was more than happy to help us get the picture-perfect photo. ? While he got my husband’s photo perfect on the first shot, mine took a few more tries and Jeff was absolutely patient and kind as we took three more photos. He made sure that our photos were compliant and serviced us with a smile on an otherwise dreary and rainy night. Kudos Jeff and the whole team on that night for this pleasant and un-rushed experience.

i’m not sure if the lady doing passport photos may have been in a bad mood but she was very rude, didn’t show me the pictures to make sure i approved them, i paid for 3 sets and am not very happy with them furthermore she directed me to the register then in a nasty tone directed me to another register behind me “there’s a whole other person there”. she needs lessons in customer service, this is why brick and mortar stores are loosing to online services. i will not be returning on saturday when she is there as a do a lot of business with staples

Customer service here is really bad and basically sucks. There was no greeting and no acknowledgement that someone will be right with you while the copy center line grew, Instead blank stares or never moving from the computer. Went in for a simple finishing job was told by associate "ive never done this before", then gave me a price of 35.00, something I know usually runs me at most 10 bucks. I called another staples and was properly charged 8 and change. Very disappointed, thank goodness I worked a copy center and knew she was about to over charge me. Better train your staff, or maybe if she didnt know or wasn't sure she couldve asked her counter part or called another store to find the proper way to process the order. Won't use this location again unfortunately.
