I spoke with Odie to upgrade my phone, she was very knowledgeable, helped my husband. The system in the store was glitching so she showed me how to do it on my cell. I got my phone in the mail and I came back. Luis Antonio put my screen protector on and transferred all my data. Both these reps were so nice, professional, patient knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this store and their pros highly enough!!

I came into the store to troubleshoot my S22. Luis-Antonio went above board to help me. He didn't just troubleshoot my phone,he checked my account. He explained every step. I now have an S22 with increased benefits in my plan. Luis-Antonio gave me peace of mind. ??????? He is a true asset to this company.

I am compelled to share a deeply disappointing experience I had at the T-Mobile store recently. The level of treatment and service I received was utterly unacceptable, and I feel compelled to bring attention to it.As a new customer to T-Mobile, I visited the store with the intention of making a purchase. However, from the moment I walked in, the customer representative's behavior was shockingly rude and dismissive. I approached him with a question about a phone I was interested in, only to be met with an attitude that indicated he had no interest in serving me or making a sale.In fact, when I asked if he even wanted the sale, he mumbled under his breath in a derogatory manner. To my disbelief, I overheard him making inappropriate comments about using physical force against me as a customer for simply asking questions. This level of unprofessionalism and hostility left me absolutely stunned.Thankfully, there were two other employees present who managed to diffuse the situation and address my inquiries. Their professionalism and willingness to assist were a stark contrast to the unacceptable behavior displayed by the customer representative named Angelo.As a customer who was eager to spend my hard-earned money on T-Mobile products and services, I was left feeling disheartened and disrespected. It's disconcerting to think that a staff member could so openly display hostility and aggression towards a customer, especially one who is new to the brand.This experience has left me questioning the values and customer service standards upheld by T-Mobile. No individual should ever be subjected to such mistreatment while seeking assistance as a paying customer. I sincerely hope that T-Mobile takes this feedback seriously and addresses the actions of the employee in question.It is my hope that T-Mobile not only addresses this issue with Angelo directly but also takes proactive measures to ensure that all employees treat customers with the respect, courtesy, and professionalism they deserve. As a company that relies on customer loyalty, I believe it's essential to prioritize an environment of inclusivity, respect, and exemplary customer service.

Rep did not greet nor did she physically get up when I asked for what we wanted. When 2 others came from the back , 1 answered my question by telling me the phone was out of stock until Tuesday. No effort to offer any alternatives. Horrible customer service!

I believe someone from this location stole my credit card number last week and tried to use it to by a Weekly metrocard today. Opening a line was the only thing I've used the card for this year and I woke up this morning to a fraud alert. Hope this gets looked into. Otherwise the service was relatively decent.

I was so annoyed with Tmobile and the trade in process with calling into customer care as well as the chat spending several hours leading into days! I came into the store on Sanford and Rep Bryan made it all Alright! He got the trade in done, the set up of the new phone, he got the label and even boxed and packaged the return phone since I was misinformed that they could take it in store! He has restored my faith in tmobile and customer service! Bryan is the man!
