I would give this location a zero-star rating if I could. Every time I visit this store, I have a terrible experience. The first time I went, I purchased a few items, including a carton of eggs. However, the eggs were not scanning at the checkout counter. I asked an employee for assistance, but she refused to help and insisted that I go back and grab a new carton. This was confusing, and I ended up leaving the eggs behind and not purchasing them.The second time I visited, I wanted to buy some eye drops, but they were behind glass, and I had to press a button for assistance. I kept pressing the button, but no one came to help me. I finally went to the front desk and found a group of employees hanging out. I explained my situation and asked for help, but one of the employees seemed to be calling someone without communicating with me. Meanwhile, another customer with the same issue came to them for help. Both of us told them that we would go back to the aisle to wait for assistance. The employee said "ok," but when we returned to the aisle, no one arrived to help us. I asked another employee for help, but even after waiting for a while, no one came to assist me. In the end, I left the store without buying anything, and I have decided not to visit this location again.If stores choose to lock up their products, they need to ensure that their employees are available to assist customers or simply not lock the products up at all. This can be incredibly frustrating for customers.

I was there this week and ran into three extremely helpful positive and friendly employees there in 3 different departments. It is always an urge to write about something wrong but I wanted to say thank you for the excellent job you are doing!

I love target but I rather drive to another location although this is close to me. Store is always messy employees are always on phones and if you ask an associate for help they just say they don't have it without looking so I use the app and it shows in stock and I show them and I'm told The app is not accurate. I drive to the ones over the bridge employee's actually work and will get the products from stockrooms

To be very honest, they still have a Starbucks, they have mostly everything that is needed, and I've seen their shelf's organized way better then other targets. They have free parking ! Also the ladies in customer service are always amazing. I didn't have a long wait time to check out either.

Large store in Mount Vernon, NY. Decent selection of pretty much every category you can think of. The customer service is mediocre. Long lines don't move fast and if you want to move faster at the checkout go to the checkout lane which is usually cards only.

Dropped in to grab some Oreo cookies, but a special Pokémon edition. Spoke to Rodney who was working in that section. He came through and checked the stock area and there they were. He came through when others just said "whatever is out there is what we have" Thanks Rodney, my daughter will be ecstatic!!!

I've been to this target multiple times and I haven't seen not once someone restock. There Messy isles and the staff is practically non existent. There are long lines even on weekdays. Do not go here

Went here to purchase a replacement cell phone and no one could help me?? I was told that the person or persons who work at that counter won't be available until Monday. I went on a Friday and I can't wait till Monday. What was that all about? Bad management

This Target is so disgusting. Always long lines. I do enjoy their clothing section for girls and bathing suits.

Ok, so this review is specifically for Lisa in the Customer Service department. My husband didn't realize that I was gone, and accidentally, remotely locked my toddler and me out of the car (with the keys in it). Lisa called and texted my husband, and was super patient with a frazzled, exhausted, confused cuckoo lady that chaotically flailed into her day. This lady is a class act and deserves a raise! Otherwise, we live close by and use this location all the time. It's pretty well-stocked, especially early in the day. The staff is always friendly and pleasant, which hasn't always been my experience at big box stores. The only thing that I can really complain about is the way that a lot of shoppers drive/park at this location - just watch your back :)

Unfortunately this has to be like the worst target EVER! Again we CAN NOT BLAME COVID 19 for BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I always say if you don't like your job or what you do then QUIT! How I was coming to shop a few times a week here but now they lost me as a customer . I was there two days ago and for the life of me couldn't find one item so I saw a girl in uniform she was like arm distance from me I asked hey sweetly can you please tell me where this is located if possible . She continued on her phone completely ignored me. I'm like maybe she didn't hear me I said it again she looked at me with aggression and gave me super attitude she replied don't you see I'm on my break ! im shopping for myself ! I'm like sorry no I wasn't aware you was in your break and if you don't like to be disturbed on your break you should make it your business to put a different shirt maybe ??? This way no one bothers you !! And really didn't need the attitude. FINAL: -5 stars !

During this lockdown this particular Target has done a great job with adhering to social distancing. There was tape marking off the six foot minimum distance outside the store, as well as security and a few employees overseeing and maintaining the line outside the store. Inside the store I was pleasantly surprised to find that the shelves were stocked well, although some laundry and hair care items were out of stock, but it was certainly better compared to my last trip. They cordoned off several yards of an aisle for customers to line up and wait to be rang up, leaving space for shoppers passing through to do so with ease. There were employees going up and down the line to assess shoppers' carts and pulling some off to go to the self check-out if they desired, which was exactly what I wanted to do. The employees that I asked for help throughout my shopping were very helpful and friendly.

Ok so I have been coming to this target for about 2 years . They have a ton of really cute apparel for the whole family , they have very cute home decor products . Big store , lots space .. lots of options . The reason I gave 3 stars is because it can get sooooo crowded and the wait for the cashier can take forever and to find a employee when your walking around looking for stuff is almost impossible.

Horrible. Terribly understaffed, impossible to check out, especially on a slow day. Staff is rude, but no surprise there since there is too few of them. I vowed to never go again but sometimes you just need something from Target.
