Outstanding service...this review is long overdue! My phone got wet at the beach August 4th. I thought it was lost and I needed information from my text messages. I tried all the remedies and nothing worked. I took it to the cell phone repair in Bay Plaza...BIG MISTAKE. They provided no answers AND told me he could possibly fix it for 1000. I took my phone back and did more research where I found Ed. Ed is THE MAN!!! I brought my phone to him and he didn't see water damage from the outside but when he opened my phone it had SEVERE water damage. There was corrosion throughout the phone and most importantly my motherboard was gone. I explained that I just needed it to turn on to transfer my pics, apps, and texts. ED did just that and FIXED MY PHONE, he is definitely the truth AND charged me half the price. Forever grateful to him and would tell anyone to secure his services, you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Ed and I'll be back as promised with a tip 😉

Outstanding Service! Highly Recommend.
I had an excellent experience at Cell Phone Repair Lab LLC at 6 Gramatan Ave, Suite 507 in Mount Vernon. The service was incredibly fast and effective — they repaired my son’s iPhone 14 screen in just 25 minutes, and it looked brand new when they were done.
What really stood out was how upfront and honest they were about the pricing. There were no hidden fees, and everything was clearly explained from the start. Angel and Eddie are true professionals — respectful, efficient, and genuinely focused on providing great service.
If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy repair shop, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be returning if I ever need tech help again.

Angel is truly the best and brings exceptional customer service! He doesn't just fix your device, but he also educates you on the process. Through my experience, this is someone who doesn't do it for the money but is genuinely passionate about device repair. I brought my iPhone 12 pro max phone to him because I had a crack on my lens. He fixed my camera and lens for a great price and gave me 30 day warranty, although I'm positive that I won't be using that! I got my phone back within 35 minutes. I also liked that Angel uses quality parts. The camera that he installed is an iPhone camera, not a miscellaneous part from somewhere across the globe. I'm grateful I saved hundreds on not having to get a new phone. Thank you!

I can’t rave ENOUGH about how happy I am with Ed & Angel’s service!!! I was gifted a damaged iPhone 13 Pro with a cracked camera by my brother because I had run out of space on my iPhone X. Lol! I thought that I could deal with the foggy pictures and not bring able to use my cinematic camera, but quickly realized that the girly girl in me needed my pictures and videos to be on point! I went to the Apple Store, and got quoted a RIDICULOUS price to fix the camera, then visited one of those little cell phone repair kiosk’s in the mall to get their price, it was half off what Apple charges but still out of my budget. So that’s when I went on the hunt to find a reputable company in my area to fix my camera. After a quick Google search, I came across Cell Phone Repair Lab on Gramatan Ave. I quickly went to the reviews and saw that every 👏🏽 single 👏🏽 one 👏🏽 of their customers raved about their excellent service and how amazing and generous they were with their pricing for repairs; so I immediately gave them a call. I made a quick appointment to have them look at my phone, spoke and met with Ed who’s very professional and friendly. I told him my camera issues, he inspected the camera under his microscope (versus Apple and the mall kiosk who barely looked at the phone AND misdiagnosed what my phone needed) and accessed it was far more damaged and needed an entirely new camera. I got nervous because I thought all I needed was my lens to be changed (according to the mall kiosk) and didn’t want to spend a lot of money to repair the phone. He quickly chatted with his brother Angel over the phone, then told me how much they would charge me to replace the camera. My eyes bugged out because I couldn’t believe how FAR lower their price was compared to Apple! PLUS, he told me they only use REAL iPhone parts!!! I couldn’t believe it! Lol Anyway, to make a long story short, they made the payment process so easy. All I had to do was make a small Zelle deposit so that they could order the part. I dropped off the phone and literally within 30 minutes Ed was done with the repair. I checked out each setting in my camera, and everything is crystal clear! 👌🏽 Even my cinematic camera works now. 💃🏽 I feel like I just bought a brand new iPhone! 😃💃🏽🙌🏽 I am SO HAPPY with their EXCELLENT service, professionalism, honesty, and FAIRNESS. I never felt like they were trying to rip me off which is so rare nowadays especially for a woman customer. I HIGHLY recommend Cell Phone Repair Lab to anyone that needs to repair their cell phones, lab tops, tablets, etc!! Thanks Ed & Angel!!

I got my phone fixed twice here Eddie an Angel are life savers I’m very clumsy an came in to get my iPhone 13 that was in really bad shape , they fixed in less than 20 minutes with a great price . Second time me being clumsy again I broke it an came again , They offered me a free phone case an fixed the back for me as well . This is now my go to phone , IPad , Computer repair place I’m recommending everybody for sure

I received the best customer service from Eddie and Angel! With their amazing pick up service, they picked up from my home my broken iPhone screen and my son’s broken iPad for repair. They were very professional and fixed both my iPhone screen and my son’s iPad expeditiously. I highly recommend them for any iPhone and iPad repair.

5 stars do not justify the exceptional customer service and professionalism from Eddie. He understood my need to have my phone fixed before my vacation and managed my expectations as I was at the lab Friday afternoon. He delivered beautifully with a call Saturday afternoon to say my phone was ready. What more could I ask for? Thank you, thank you!

These are my go to guys , when I comes to fixing phones. I’ve broken the same screen 3 times in like 2 months and they always take care of me. I’m a klutz so it’s not like they give faulty hardware or anything
