Jeremy here is outstanding. Exceptional service; friendly, prompt, detailed and goes above and beyond. Jayson is great as well, I just deal with Jeremy more often. Trucks seem well maintained, office is super clean and while they seem busy, everything seems to run like a well oiled machine at this location. Highly recommend this location.

Jayson and Jeremy were super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Getting the cargo van and returning it was super easy! Also, the van I wound up with was super clean and easy to drive all around manhattan for my move! Would recommend to anyone!

Very Profesional, very attentive, very thoughtfull with the costumer (Putting her boss on hold to attend to costumers first) . With this specific representative, I cant remember her name. I can't talk for all enterprise employees in this stablishment.

I rented a high top cargo van to move to Georgia from NYC and thank you Fania for helping me to select the best truck at the right price for me. Fania’s customer service was top notch she listened to me and reassured me that I was selecting the right truck and that I wouldn’t be spending two arms and a leg in the process.The van was clean, spacious and ran good the only hiccup is don’t drive it in Manual because it doesn’t change gears or switch over to automatic easily.I would definitely recommend renting from Enterprise Truck Rental in Mount Vernon, NY!
