“I called Kenny on the phone, he put me completely at ease. We met the next morning. I explained how & why I wanted my sister's manuscript printed into a simple book form since her passing in Oct. My intent was to pass it on to close family & friends. Her experience in 2005 being run over by a company pick up truck changed her life for the next 20 yrs as she faced a court case, continuing to enjoy life, her determination to maintain her health even though she could sense it deteriorating. I wanted to incorporate relevant photos. Kenny was so solicitous and sympathetic, he had tears in his eyes and his ongoing texting was more than appreciated. You may ask why I added that in this comment section, but I felt as though I should share with you guys how personable he is even the younger kids that work there are great. I ordered a fat head for my son‘s graduation and pictures to go on his cap. It was all priced pretty fairly. The image quality was great as well and the hospitality…. Coming from a small town to a big city. It’s good to find your sense of community. I have purchased things for two events from them and it’s safe to say they will be who I go to every time.”

“The only Notary Public in Harlem. I went to the library for some printing and was advised this was the closest place for notary (and color copies). The lovely lady was very helpful. Unfortunately there was a person whom didn’t like the clearly displayed pricing for copies (very reasonable and slightly under the average / half of Staples and Fed Ex pricing) because his at home printer had broken and decided to try and be rude with the owner. This is a business with 30+ years in the community. It deserves respect due to the longevity and professionalism. Work stations available for internet and printing use. The machines at the back (printers scanners etc,) looked modern. I’ll be moving to UWS but will still take the bus here as it’s a family run business. The lady is very knowledgable on Notary issues, printing and all things stationery. I spent about 15 minutes here. As I was leaving a line formed of about 7 people. Please be polite and respectful.”
“This place is by far the worst of the worst. We mailed a package to my daughter and they put somebody else’s stuff in our box and charged us $205 to mail it to her and when she got the package and opened it up, it had somebody else’s belongings in it which brought the package weight too damn near 20 pounds. Our package didn’t even weigh 7 pounds and we had to pay for somebody else’s stuff and didn’t even know about it until today when my daughter received it and opened it and called me and asked me about it, if I could give this place zero stars I would and I would highly recommend that nobody use this place to ship packages from !!! We are out of over $100 because their employees are dumb as a doorbell we feel like we’ve been robbed and what about the poor person who trusted them with their package and they never received it because it was added in mine ? I will never do business with them again and would never suggest them to anyone this employee who name I will not mention in this review does not need to be working in this line of work making mistakes like this and costing customers money”

I had a little trouble finding a Fedex Shipping Center, so I called PostNet in Parkchester (Bronx Location) and spoke to Alana, who was very friendly and advised me that everything I needed to get done, could be handled at her location. When I got there, I was greeted very friendly and respectfully. Business was handled extremely fast and professional. It is hard to find places that do good business and exercise excellent customer service! Well, I found it all in one place at PostnNet with Alana.
