Emil is the bomb ! My friend tried the Friday night bootcamp class and told me she was addicted , I had my first 1 on 1 session with Emil today and I feel amazing . He's an amazing person with great energy , so motivating . The workout was great , 1 hour full body strength training . I'm not a newbie so we didn't have to work on form too much and were able to push thru the workout . I'm really happy I met him and I'm looking forward to training with him on the regular , also has very unique boot camp classes . The gym is really a vibe , you walk in and you just get in the mood to F*** shxt up (Emil voice) If you're looking for motivation or simply bored of the same ole gym routine , come down here and try out one of the classes or a 1 on 1 with Emil, he will change your whole prospective on things , I promise !!!

Love hardbodies! I’ve felt myself improve in strength, stamina and I’ve dropped in weight! I always feel challenged and motivated each time I go! The environment is amazing and everyone feels like family!

Hard Bodies is probably the best bootcamp class I've taken. It is an intense, non-stop full body workout. Even when the class size is 20+, Emil still focuses on everyone's form which is something that I've seen other group classes lack. I will definitely be attending this class regularly and would recommend to anyone that is looking to get back into shape!

I have take 2 classes there so far and the workouts always give me a good sweat. Great circuit training with some weights incorporated. Lots of sprint variations and plyometric work to get your heart rate going as well. Highly recommend.
