Very unprofessional service. They tell you one thing and it is far from what is done. I should have trusted the reviews and shouldn’t have given them the benefit of doubt. For all who are thinking about shipping with this company be warned, that like must companies in Jamaica that have a bad reputation with customer service, while they are in the USA ,their attitude is very much the same. Sad to say, but don’t support your own people when they are not given you good service, because it will hurt less.

I called for information about sending barrels and packages I'm not use to sending anything and I was really surprised,and very appreciative of the professionalism of how I got my Question answerd.The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and very specific to me questions, I had to call back 2 weeks after with some more questions about what I needed to do and I got the same results.Long story short .. got to send off a few barrels and actually looking forward to start packing some more they really deserve more than a 5 star.

I was so optimistic using this company after reading all these bad reviews! People you better believe what you read on these reviews! Omg! So they scheduled me for 5-9 pickup today. Left work early to be home on-time. Called at 4:15 and reconfirmed myself. At 4:45pm someone totally different calls to tell me driver can’t come! What a joke. Then ask for me to be available tomorrow from 7-4pm. Insane! Nope use someone else, they worse than Con Ed!!!!lmao

Terrible service waited at home for days when promised they would pick up my order. They quoted incorrect rates and charged my card incorrectly with zero apologies and lack of accountability when delivering damaged goods. Don’t recommend
