I have been trying to reach this location for months. I have been attempting to pay for my PO Box for months. The guy there told me he would call me back. I'm trying to re open my PO Box. They don't answer the phone. I have called a total of maybe 80 times in the past month. The location is now closed for a hour per day for lunch, so when I went in person they would not open the door. Horrible horrible business

This place does it all… seems & receives packages from all carriers… mailboxes, copies, notary, etc…Super friendly staff…Danny & Isaiah are especially polite, friendly & helpful

I only stumbled upon the letterbox because UPS did not have any available mailboxes, and it turns put this place offers all the same services, at more affordable rates. The customer service is outstanding. The vibe in the store is super relaxed and chill: these people enjoy what they do, and working with the public. I have been thrilled with the service thus far. Do your part: support local black-owned businesses.

I have used this service at the former location and the current one and have had great experiences with staff and the owner, including having them ask the FedEx carrier to "please wait just a minute" in order to include my package in the outgoing mail. It gets busy and that's a good thing. Staff works well together and is supportive of each other; they greet customers and display professionalism in their interaction with customers, some of whom can be very demanding. I'm very glad they're available; they're an asset to the neighborhood and I go there to avoid going to the Post Office if at all possible...but that's another story. Letterbox for sure!!!!

The black girl with the glasses has the ugliest attitude ever. All she does is give customers the stink face all day like it’s her job. But her job is to greet and give customers assistance. Instead she gives us a ugly stare. We as customers don’t want to be there as much as you, so why don’t you just provide the best service without the stink face and attitude so we can get out the door as quick as possible. A chick like that will never get married. I know her type. She’s miserable and gives off negative energy to make everyone else around her miserable as well. It’s disgusting.

I visited this Post Office for the 1st time on Saturday. I walked in and stood on the floor marker. There were 3 customers together at one window. NO ONE EVER asked me what I needed. There were two young ladies and the gentleman was helping the 3 customers. A man came in and proceeded to walk towards the back she immediately said WE ARE CLOSED. Still never said one word to me just stared me up and down. The other young lady came out to check the doors to prepare to close. The sign outside said they close at 1and it was about 2 when I was there. When she came back from checking the door she asked what I needed I told her a MO she said they couldn't do it because their drawers were closed out. The other lady who never acknowledged me, though I was standing directly in front of her got up and went over to the guy to tell him I was waiting for him. He said it's okay she can come up. I guess so he could further humiliate me once I approached the window. The other lady finally said they officially closed at one they were just doing passports. It would have been nice to be told that and not stand there looking stupid. This was poor customer service at it's best.

Horrible when it comes to putting mail in the boxes. Looses mail, mail is scattered about the place I always get Dec mail in January January mail in Feb mail in March, March mail in April. this business has gone down hill since he was on prospect Ave.... sad to say it has caused me to loose income by due dates etc. Best thing to do is change your mail to another location.

Horrible. Tried to reach out to the manager Don via phone and email to inquire on the status of a package that took months to deliver. Was told I would receive refund and to expect a phone call but never heard back even after several attempts. Never going there again.
