Was recommended by a neighbor I was having issues with my car, Not wanting to turn on For a few months now took it to other mechanics and nobody could get the issue fixed. I brought it to Mount Vernon auto clinic and it’s been three months now with no issues. I’m very happy with the service

If I could give zero stars I would. I went for a car inspection, first had me waiting two hours while over an hour no one touched my car when it was up car lift. I was sitting across the street in the shade. They had my number no one called me so after 2 hours I went over and they told me I needed $833 worth of work on my 4 year old car, failed inspection. Went to Subaru the next day and passed inspection with nothing needed to be fixed. DONT waste your money here.

Let me start by saying when it comes to anyone working on my vehicle I would definitely have to trust them to the fullest and that’s very rare because I trust no one that I don’t know with my vehicle, only my mechanic that I’ve known for many many years but ever since i’ve gotten my oil change it has been a wonderful experience for me. The staff there are very attentive to their clients and that I appreciate very much. It was easy for me to ask questions about my vehicle to the mechanic John. He made everything much easier for me. And answered the questions I needed to hear about my vehicle, especially certain things that needed to be repaired. He made me feel safe and secure for him to work on my vehicle, I felt a sense of trust, especially how humble he was as well as the owner and manager they were so casual and cater to my every need and that I appreciate when it comes to good customer service they aim to please, and I have witnessed it myself I’m definitely going Back for future work on my Vehicle I truly love Their services of what they provided, especially how humble and attentive they was towards me, They definitely get a 10 thumbs up, especially for their professionalism. And kindness. I definitely Highly recommend anyone and everyone to visit their Facility to get Any type of work done on there vehicle.

fares and his great team are a community treasure. I was on my way to the train station this morning, when my car gave out. Not only did they service it immediately, but they drove me to the train station so I wouldn’t miss an important meeting. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and care. they even employed people with disability which made me feel so happy and appreciate the business.

Im a year late on this review but Farris saved my vacation last Holiday Season by taking me in and getting my car fixed up within hours when it needed some serious work and he did it at a very fair price. Still very grateful because my car broke down while vacationing and it could have been a nightmare. The owner went to pick up the parts himself so the job could be completed asap. Still grateful for it a year later.

It was tough for me to find honest mechanics in the past .for years I’ve been getting scammed. And then everything changed once I Started servicing my car here. I’ve been a loyal customer for 14 Years. Top-notch customer service. They explain everything to you as needed even send me photos of underneath the car to show me the condition. I own five cars and all my other family and friends service the vehicles here as well. Well ran family business. I definitely recommend to Start servicing your car here. They will not let you down.
