The women who run Pampers 4 Paws treat your pet, and by extension, you, as family. They are so caring, so attentive and so well educated on pet health. Our cat has recently suffered from terrible GI issues and they were the first to notice a change in him, especially since cats are the all time champs of masking when they are sick or in pain. There is a reason why people book out their pets' grooming appointments MONTHS in advance with them. They are caring, attentive, gentle, generous, kind and wonderful.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place has really fallen on in terms of compassion and customer service. they used to be an intimate family, run business post pandemic after the closure of many groomers. They developed a much larger clientele and have lost their touch. I am writing this review on behalf of my sister who was too upset. Our dog Rylee is currently suffering from a medical illness and Erin made very disparaging remarks regarding his condition stating the medications he’s taking make her job more difficult and We should not be concerned about his looks, and his haircut should be for comfort because he’s only going to get worse. Not to mention she did not even give a quality cut anyway, his toes and face were not properly trimmed although we paid full price and she completely shaved his tail off without letting us know. Perhaps Erin was too busy being insensitive to actually do her job. While Rylee’s condition is not necessarily terminal, Erin went out of her way to make sure we felt badly and hopeless about our beloved pet. Rylee will not be retuning here, as we cannot trust he will be treated safely, properly or with the love and care he deserves, not that they care anyway with their new wealthy clientele. I do hope Erin takes a class on showing empathy before engaging with any more humans or animals.

Terrible compassion for my nikkie.I had called early June to made an appointment, but the earliest they had was , August 21st. I had called today to explain that nikkie's hair is growing to fast and the heat wave is not making things easy. I had express my concern to the lady in the phone about nikkie health,And ask her if they have any appointment sooner. Her response was cold and she told me to find someone else. She was so cold and less Caring. Nikkie was nip twice, and I never addressed it, I'm not the want to complain and write reviews, but this time this really needed to be addressed. I don't trust these places anymore, I couldn't imagine what goes on in close doors.Terrible compassion

Have been with Erin and Dee for more than 15 years, recommend them highly. Plus, you are assured that your pet is getting the very best of pampered and professional care and with all the love anyone can give a pet. Have followed them and will follow wherever they go.

I popped in to get my dogs nails trimmed yesterday and they made time to do it. I stayed and chatted so long that I nearly forgot to pay!! The staff and co-owners are amazing! Will definitely bring Max back for a full grooming session. Happy to have a great groomer so close to home

Love Pamper 4 Paws. They are efficient and do a great job! Pricing is transparent and dependable and even our anxious doodle likes going for her haircuts.

The absolute best groomer in the area. Friendly caring staff and the only groomer my Maltese doesn’t put up a knock down fight going in.

The cut was a bit to short and my dog been acting not like herself since she went .She screams when you put on her shoes .Also one of her paws look like its been scrapped. Nice lady and place but for those reasons I can't bring her back. Lastly to the point where she doesn't even want to walk.
