RT Smoke N Gun Shop is a family-owned business that provides a professional and welcoming environment for customers. Known for its high level of professionalism and friendly atmosphere, the shop is a trusted place for firearm needs and licensing assistance. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable staff, who help guide them through purchases and licensing processes with expertise. The shop has been recognized for its excellent service, especially in helping residents obtain concealed carry licenses, contributing to the community's safety and rights. While the selection of long guns like shotguns is somewhat limited, the store offers a larger variety of pistols and a good range of self-defense geared firearms and target shooting guns, including some .22 rifles. Customers have noted that their ammo selection is sufficient, though smaller in size compared to online options, and bulk buyers would benefit from larger boxes or cases. Ordering ammo online is convenient, with quick pickup for third-party orders, though delivery and tracking from the shop’s website can be improved. Customers also mention that parking can be challenging at times due to metered spaces. Overall, RT Smoke N Gun Shop is praised for its professionalism, knowledgeable staff, and dedication to customer service. Despite some limitations in product selection and minor logistical issues, the store remains a reliable and friendly place for firearm purchases, licensing, and related services.
