Well it is good because when i went to the Sal's Laundromat, everything was changing and they renamed it to Allahu Akbar Laundromat, but still good, but the vending machine is broken though but the washing machine still works, and the staff and managers were friendly and nice as well. 4.5/5

Under new management and the customer service is horrible and new manager made me feel very uncomfortable!! Plus, most of the machines do not work!! I used a washing machine that skipped the fabric softener cycle and the wash kept going, wouldn’t stop until the new lady had to cut off the machine with main switch

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this laundromat! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the spacious and impeccably clean environment. Not only did they offer drop off and pick up services, but their dry cleaning options were top-notch, ensuring my delicate items received the care they deserved. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole process a breeze. What's more, I was pleasantly surprised by the array of affordable laundry products they had for sale. This laundromat truly exceeded my expectations in every way possible, and I'll definitely be returning for all my laundry needs. Five stars without a doubt!

It only gets 2 stars for the employees. They are friendly and helpful. I came here as a one time, emergency. My son soiled his sheets and I ran to the closest most convenient laundromat, Sal’s— instead of my typical drop off location. It has been years since I frequent the place but remembered it used to be clean. However! The establishment is filthy and disgusting. Many of the machines are broken or the displays on the dryer screens are distorted. You can’t see how much time your clothes have left to dry when you enter your coins (potentially causing you to waste money). There are leaks everywhere and dirty wet towels laying in puddles of water where the leaks are. Used rags laying on top of random machines. Washing machines with mold growing in the seals of the door that is clearly visible from the outside. Nasty lint trays. It is very dim, poor lighting and just an overall mess! I was mortified. It saddens me of how the quality has gone down since Sal’s took over this place (formerly Double Bubble). It also disappoints me that residents allow this to be ok in our neighborhood. I don’t understand how people continue to choose to wash their clothes here. It is not sanitary to say the least. Hold businesses accountable! Mount Vernon deserves quality too!

FIND ANOTHER LAUNDROMAT! 75% OF THE WASHERS AND DRYERS DONT WORK, STAFF ALLOW CUSTOMERS WHO DO LAUNDRY FOR PPL TO HOG UP ALL THE MACHINES, THEY RUN OUT OF CHANGE AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE OWNER TO COME DOWN, SALS DELI (SAME OWNER) WONT GIVE YOU CHANGE EITHER. FLOOR ALWAYS WET AND DIRTY.TO TOP IT OFF- AS OF JULY 27TH THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO RAISE THE PRICE: $4 FOR SINGLE LOAD BROKEN WASHING MACHINE, $6 FOR DOABLE LOAD AND 0.25 FOR 7 MINUTES OF DRYING TIME. SO NOW OUT OF THE 5 DRYERS THAT WORK PPL WILL HAVE TO LEAVE THE CLOTHES RO DRY FOR LONGER! HA! FOR ALL THAT I CAN PAY TO HAVE ANOTHER LAUNDROMAT PICK UP AND DELIVER NEXT DAY ($20 MINIMUM- WHICH IS VERY CLOSE TO HOW MUCH IT COST ME TO DO THE LAUNDRY MYSELF).BECAUSE THIS LAUNDROMAT IS IN A BLACK COMMUNITY IS WHY THW OWNER FEELS NO NEED TO UPKEEP IT IN A PROPER, WORKING, CLEAN CONDITION. YOU WOULD NEVER SEE THIS IN NEIGHBORING BRONXVILLE OR PELHAM!

The machines are great and staff is friendly. It's a laundromat- so no complaints other than almost half of the machines are broken.

Coin machines. Lint trays. Touch and go machines but what other choice? In an area thay sleeps by 7-8? Nice employee hate the owner. Sign on door says closed at 7:30 so don't follow Googles time for this business or you'll have to deal with a sour old man who's dead inside. They didnt even sweep and clean up yet. Inside was a mess. Door was open I had 1 small tote bag of wet clothes just needed to dry them while employee was still folding and actively working and he refused. If I had a better closer option I wouldn't go there.

I love that I can drop off my clothes for them to wash and be able to pick it up within a few days. The ladies here are friendly, and I always see a tidy laundry mat!

I’m writing this as I’m waiting for my clothes to finish so I can put them in the dryer. This is my first and last time ever coming here. The machines barely work. There’s left over residue in a lot of them. Just down right disgusting. The dryers BARELY get hot. Never again.

I drop my clothes off here every week as I have 3 jobs and barely any time to myself. They are friendly. The clothes come back nice and clean and what ever softener there I'd excellent because they always have a good smell. I love that they fold it and double bag it tight so nothing that wasn't in there before can get it ( if you know what I mean)The price for drop off is a dollar per pound and 8 bucks extra if you have sheets. This location is well worth it

Great laundromat. There are a lot of machines for different size loads and plenty of dryers. There's tables for folding laundry. There are change machines and attendants on site. They offer drop off service and sell detergent and other laundry needs as well as bags.
