“Not as professional as most corporate owned U-Haul locations. However, the gentleman did put me in a nice van. You will need your smartphone to complete the rental process which he didn't explain completely. I will use them again if I need to rent another van.”

“Picking up my rental truck was so quick and efficient at this location. I had originally booked a rental at a different location but their location system was down so when they sent me to this location I was expecting bad news again. Gloria took the terrible experience I was having and turned it around quickly. She greeted my husband and I with smiles and explained the process thoroughly. I didn’t get the gentlemen’s name who gave us the truck but he was also very kind & explained the process throughly as well which we appreciated since having a previous problem with U-Haul. “Only reason for why i given this company a five star cuz of a manager at gunhill rd & allerton ave that not only polite, know how to greet people, break down details but he's a one man army machine where if it's ever busy he still make you feel that ur time n business is much appreciated . So the company in general got some decent prices but that fifth star belongs to manager Ray. I recommend the company in general but of the manager at that site in the Bronx i advise you to experience the service first hand.”

Additionally, after researching the U-Haul pricing model is way lower than local competitors. The mobile app is highly efficient and better performing than other companies with apps I’ve worked with. Whether booking a vehicle or unit : extending, editing, upgrading etc, (if you can read everything is pretty straightforward!) . Highly recommend to anyone considering a move or life transition . 10/10!”

I was upset and frustrated but Aslin from the service department went out of her way to find me a truck from a different location that fits my needs and was checking on the ETA to make sure the truck comes on a timely matter.She accommodates me well.
