  The staff is really helpful and try to accommodate you as much as they can. I was satisfied and happy with the service, this is one of my favorite location to rent a u-haul, since the process is straightforward and the staff are really polite.

  I rented a uhaul with the contactless pick up starting at 10am. I arrived on time and was not able to procure the van because no keys had been left in the box. After speaking with uhaul customer service I changed my reservation to 11am when the office opened so an employee could give me the keys. The employee didn’t arrive until almost 11:30am. They did not have the van or the furniture dolly I’d reserved, and offered me a larger vehicle. I went through the entire process of renting the new vehicle only to find out that the employee could not find the keys.This was beyond terrible service and I don’t recommend anyone use this uhaul rental location.
