100% recommend. I usually dread going in for repairs for the same reasons we all do…I don’t what they’re talking about and the costs are way up there. Christian S. was the exact opposite. He explained everything clearly and explained my options so that I actually understood them. At the end, it was a no-brainer. I knew my car needed work, but after dealing with Christian and his team, I also knew I was at the right place. I priced it out at two other places and believe me…I got the gibberish explanation at a much higher quote.

I buy all my cars from DarCars BMW Mt Kisko - they are the best dealership I have dealt with ever. - Every stage of buying process was outstanding!!!
Sales - Nicholas Myers was amazing and made the car-buying experience painless and super eficient and stressless. He was patient, answered all my questions, and never pressured me to buy, and kept in touch with me after I bought the car. I would highly recommend him and will definitely buy my next car from him.
Contracts - Anthony Carpio-Diaz made the process of completing all contractiual documents and financing super efficient and quick - never experienced anything like this in any other dealership. I will ask for him next visit.
Management - Jerome Ballesteros (General Manager) went above and beyond making my buying and negotiating experience. He treated me like his most valuable customer. He was extemely knowledgeable, honest and transparent of the BMW Brand and experience. He also took time from his busy schedule that day to talk to me and listened and answered all my questions.
Bottom line I commend and thank the entire team with very high marks (rating of A++ or 5 Stars) to everyone - Recommend anyone to go DarCars BMW in Mt Kisko for a great buying (or leasing) experience.

We worked with Felipe, and he made the whole car-buying process effortless and fun- something you don’t usually say when buying a car! We stopped in on a Saturday morning and had the entire deal finalized by early afternoon. He’s super responsive, professional, and truly great at what he does. Highly recommend!

I purchased a car here and Felipe Cordeiro was my Sales Consultant. He made the process simple and was a pleasure to talk to. I was able to get to call ahead and the car was still available, so I headed down to check it out. It was still available after I got there an hour later and the price was as advertised, no surprises. This is a review of service. I inquired about if a sensor was able to be 'reset' or not. The answer was well I cant make that determination over the phone. I completed the diag myself I know what is wrong. Im not paying you 250 bucks for you to tell me what it needs. Typical stealership. I guess I am going to need to find a local BMW repair place who has the tools.
