Octavio Otiniano always gets my car in when I need service and helps me schedule rides or a loaner so I can be at work and don’t lose time. I highly recommend this convenient location and service department. IMO much better than other BMW service centers in area!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a new Car. Alex Pirsos went above and beyond to make this process fast, easy, and full of laughs. My new vehicle was delivered right to my door no hidden cost or fees, everything was above board, and my New BMW is Beautiful! Thank you, Alex!

If I could give zero stars I would.Why would they not tell me that my brakes will need servicing soon - after my car was just there a month ago for another issue?????Usually a car repair shop will give you a check-up page that informs you what looks good, decent, and what may need servicing soon. They code them in green, yellow, and red. They may even talk to you aboutI have had nothing but problems with the repairs I have brought my car in for. I have never had any service issues with any other dealership I have used for other cars I’ve owned.I will never buy another BMW again nor use this dealership to repair my car.

Had an appt to look at and/order a new car. Arrived on time, because that's respectful, and waited 45 minutes watching associates just standing around. Walked out and went to a different bmw dealer in Westchester and ended up ordering an even more expensive car that day lol. Time is money. I give them credit for calling weekly to apologize, but them trash talking other dealers saying they will lie about my allocation and more importantly wasting my time is my biggest pet peeve and you lost out on the easiest sale of the year. Do better next time.

Made an early appointment for an oil change thinking they wouldn't be backed up and I could get out of there quickly. Sowed il at 8:20 - got my car back 2.5 hours later. The Representative was nice enough but I have no idea why it took 2.5 hours when I was the only customer there. An hour later there were only two of us in the waiting room. They did give me an estimate of over $7,000 for item they discovered in their exhaustive diagnosis. Perhaps that's why after two hours I asked what the status is and was told they needed 10 more minutes (which was really 35 - 40 minutes. Nothing too terrible - but next time rather than waiting 2.5 hours I will be going elsewhere.

Update: Plate and registration for 1 car not in. I reached out to sales who said they would check on it. 3 days later after calls and emails, no response and no plates still. At this point I am going to go to the state to complain.Unprofessional when it comes to paper work. Paid off the car I sold to them 2 weeks after they took possession. Caused late fees and late notices and had me worried whole time. Asked for copies of certain paperwork multiple times over 2 weeks. We did our end quickly. Why couldn't they?1 of 2 used cars bought was misreprested. Delivered at night after hours to my home. They obviously pushed the late drop off and paper signing so I wouldn't see damages in daylight and felt rushed to be keeping the employees. I should of went with my gut and said no thank you. Lesson learned!They don't want to even recognize the issue. Now I am paying out of pocket because it is not covered by the extended warranty I bought. Salesman was young and unprofessional. He did not return calls and emails in timely fashion. Therefore, I had to repeat myself in emails every few days.Also, when I took one car for repairs about 2 weeks later, they lost my key and had me wait 30 minutes to locate it.I did give 3 Stars because Octavio gave me great service in the service shop!With being a BMW dealership I am very disappointed. I will not be going back to purchase another car at this dealership. I would go back for service. No complaints in that department. All the people in the service department were very nice.

A seamless experience working with Enrik, there was continuous communication throughout buying my car and support after as well. Enrik always went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and made the process so much less stressful. Shawn the general manager was also very accommodating and just a really nice person to work with. Everyone at this dealership was just really down to earth, making the experience so much better. A+++

Had the pleasure of working with the Mt Kisco team on the purchase of a new to me M3. Enrik and Bryan made the buying process the smoothest I’ve personally ever experienced. My service advisor, Christian Sanjurjo, went above and beyond during my visit. I went to get my X3 serviced (engine oil light was on, sensor issues, electrical issues, squeaking brakes, to name a few things) and Christian helped determine what was included in my extended coverage. He also made sure I left with a loaner vehicle even though I was told by the front desk that none were available. I also forgot to take my car seat out of my vehicle and Christian ran out to retrieve it. Seriously, he ran out twice after two lookalike X3s leaving the service drive and eventually got my car seat back. I have been seeing Christian the last few times over the last couple years and will continue to do so; he is the best!My car took a couple days to fix but it came back with no issues and Christian confirmed that all work was covered under my plan at no cost. My loaner vehicle worked like a charm, too. Thanks Darcars BMW of Mt. Kisco!

Peevish and unprofessional, not at all befitting a high-end dealership. I dealt with a salesperson who provided limited offerings then uttered insulting comments after I demurred about making a significant purchase on the spot. He claimed that BMW makes it hard to know what cars will be showing up the following week and how they will price them. The lack of transparency is surprising, given that there is another high-end luxury EV company just across the street (Tesla) with superbly professional staff, no gimmicks, and refreshing clarity around pricing and inventory. There's an acceptable range of sales demeanor and sales tactics, but this guy's petulant tantrum was beyond the pale.

We purchased an SUV from this location. I inquired on a Sunday and Monday morning I already heard from Fabricio which prompt answered our questions. He took care of the entire purchase along with Manuel who is also very knowledgeable of the product and helped with everything that we needed. We had the best customer experience here and we are definitely going back for our next car.

Shawn and Enrik provided 5 star service today. They were so generous with their time and so incredibly accommodating. Enrik brought our new car all the way into the city and went above and beyond in getting us set up, even helping us transfer all our items from our old car to the new car. We could not have asked for a better experience!

My husband and I had THE BEST experience with Manny Tejada at DARCARS BMW in Mt. Kisco this past week. We've been longtime customers at this dealership and cannot say enough positive things about the new DARCARS ownership team. Manny was a joy to work with and super knowledgeable. Could not recommend more highly.

some of the practice use by the sales team are unfair for the average consumer. althought I was not force to signed, the way the contract was introduce to me was as fallow, my trade was a 2022 vehicle value at other dealers for 64K plus tax credit, they said they value the vehicle at 61500 but they are giving me the tax credit which is not true, tax credit is from the State not the dealer. they rush me to signed all the documents including insurance before signing the actual contract. at the time of signing the agreement loan, the loan representive state ( it was really hard to get you approved but we did it through JP Morgan but the require you to buy BMW guarantee, It took my payment from $780 to $1050. I refuse and they said the only way I could get the loan was to buy the guarantee. I called the bank the next day. a representative from the bank said ( THIS IS NOT TRUE, THEY FORCE YOU TO BUY THE GUARANTEE )
