It appears that my car is a deer magnet. I am a return customer here because of the Exceptional work and customer service. My car looks fabulous! Wonderful family owned shop. Tom and Diane were so helpful! The paint job was a direct match, and they even cleaned up some shoddy work we'd had done prior. Add on a full interior clean and exterior wash for the A+++

Pretty good work but I was told it was done when it wasnt and had to go back. I gave them my card number to pay for the work and had to remind them to charge me for the work. Poor communication and unorganized.

Thank you so much for everything you have done! Took about a week to get my car fixed in no time, great help with the set up for a rental. I definitely recommend their services, friendly staff that would talk with you and explain everything that's going on in detail. From pulling out the dents and replacing my door with an alignment can't even tell the car got hit, they even offered a little touch up thank you again!!Before and after pictures below.

My wife and I moved to NY in 2020 and were referred to Pozzies when our brand new Bronco got a ding in the driver's door. We had a great experience. The owner was knowledgeable and did a tremendous job restoring the door to its original appearance, despite the challenge of matching the pearl white color. Fast forward another year, and we brought him another pearl white vehicle (I guess we're fans of that color) that had been scratched by another car's door in a parking lot, and lightning struck twice. He again restored our vehicle for us. He seems like a great guy and is very honest and fair with his pricing, something that one might not always find in that industry. We highly recommend Pozzies!!

While on vacation my Motorhome had some issues and I needed a tow about 15mi back to Oneida on the 4th of July. Thank you to Thomas and your Co worker, I believe his name was Paul not sure but these guys did a great job finding me a mechanic that found the problem and got me in and out the next day so I can be on schedule with my vacation. I've kept their card and I will call them again as needed during my travels. My vacation turned out to be one of the most memorable and I thank you for all your help. Very friendly and dedicated service. I had a chance to stop at the collision shop after my van was repaired and the crew here works with dedication and care. Great Job!
