Worst customer services. I Don’t recommend them at all. Went there to purchase iPhone 16 they weren’t helpful at all, I waited 30 min until someone was able to talk to me, no colors were provided in the display. I purchased the IPhone 16 plus the camera resolution was very bad, they didn’t advise on that, but they were encouraging me to purchase iPhone 15 instead. I paid the 16 and came back next day to replace it with iPhone 16 pro max or the 15, they claimed that they didn’t have any iPhone 15, they charged $80 and when I complained they said they’ve technical issues I remained more than hour to reimburse me, they said ok done and this wasn’t true. Today I figured out that no reimbursement happened and had to call att by phone for hours to fix and resolve.

I'M a first time at&t customer and first time customer at the Nanuet, New York at&t retail location. I have to say these wonderful and helpful staff went out their way to me sure I fully understand how to utilize my galaxy phone which I'm first time consumer of I can say I was impressed. Unlike Verizon and t-mobile which I had bad experience with and also a long time customer of Verizon and sprint. To put simple I tried all the rest but now I'm with the best the originater of telecommunications.AMERCAN TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH. better known as AT&T

I went here to get a new cellphone. Penny the young woman that help me was great.She set up my new cellphone transfer all the stuff from my old phone to the new one. Very pleased with my new phone. Only wish you got the charger with the cable wire thought I had the charger I needed had to order from Amazon. Like it the way it was done before where everything was included since the cellphone was expensive that's the least Samsung could do. But that wasn't the store .I had a good experience there and learned the difference between the At&t stores .Penny informed me of the difference between coperate and the other stores that are not run by At&t .If you want the full treatment go to this store.Thanks to Penny I had a great experience. I got a Samsung galaxy s24 ultra.

I ported in my number on Sunday 5:00 pm and I was busy with AT&T till the next day Monday 10:20 am to fully get it to work properly that is 15 hours of stress that was caused to me.
Also be aware that AT&T customer service only opens at 9 o'clock am after I need to be at work.

Customer since 2005.I visited the store today to trade in my 12 mini for a 15 pro.There was no wait.Gabriel was engaged, competent, and eager to assist…..unlike staff at other ATT stores.My experience was excellent. The asst. manager also does an excellent job. Together they helped me find the most suitable, and affordable plan available!
