Customer since 2005.I visited the store today to trade in my 12 mini for a 15 pro.There was no wait.Gabriel was engaged, competent, and eager to assist…..unlike staff at other ATT stores.My experience was excellent. The asst. manager also does an excellent job. Together they helped me find the most suitable, and affordable plan available!

Went to AT&T for the first time to get a new phone and had an amazing experience! William needs a raise or something he was so kind and helpful. The other dude, not so much. Had to go back and forth but it was so worth it. He works so diligently and super quick! Trust and believe you’ll have a great experience!

They were very helpful, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and personable. I was in and out in about an hour to get a new phone and it was completely transferred by the time I left the store.

Such a bad place, costumer service is so rude. I went to try to fix something, and they act like they didn't care. To be honest, their job is try to help you.

Horrible….Be careful with cell phone pick ups from this store….I picked up upgraded cell phones from my family, and we were going to activate them when we got home and mail a new cell phone to my daughter at college.The store customer service rep did not tell me he was deactivating our old cell phones which we we’re currently using, to make matters worse my child is away at college with her old cell, which has now been deactivated so we cannot communicate with her! My wife uses her cell phone to communicate with patients and staff at the hospital, and my other child was in school!!! SoThis is very poor customer service Bc what if we have an emergency and we cannot communicate with each other!!! To make matters worse I have to be on the phone with att tech support to reactivate the old cell, which now taking at least 4 hours, and try to fed ex her the new phone. How crazy is this! Very poor communication from this store!!! If they a negative star review ii would definitely give it that!!!
