Let’s Keep This Simple, Poor Customer Service From The Overweight Lady At The Front Desk Not To Mention Bad Attitude. Dusty Place(So Recommend Wear Face Mask), And That Includes The Vehicle Being In That Condition, Furthermore Smelling Like Tobacco.

Though I’m not a huge fan of Avis, I have to give a shout out to customer service rep Rud. He was so nice and courteous - and when he saw how distressed I was that my charger wasn’t working in the car, he lent me an adapter. Really kind. Avis is lucky to have someone like him behind their desk and interfacing with customers.

Never rent from this place! They tried to give me a dirty car until I made them clean it, customer service was terrible, the location is dirty and stinky!

Terrible location.. Gave me a rental car that had a check engine light on and tried to say that they just fixed it.. They offered me a different car, but the place just doesnt have a good vibe and looks shady
