The branch is on Route 59, but it's easy to get in and get out of the parking lot. First time I've ever reviewed a brick and mortar bank. I found the service to be excellent. I explained my predicament with the mobile app. It would not except a check, Darren understood, and took care of it right away. That was a relief. I would recommend this place even though it's about an hour away from me

Beyond Despicable! SAFETY ALERT--THIS CAPITAL ONE BRANCH ILLEGALLY VIOLATES PRIVACY AND DISABILITY LAW I had a terrible experience at this branch a couple of years ago in which I was stunned by a very bright, piercing beam of light that shot into my eyes with absolutely no warning at the teller station, and was told afterwards that I should have requested not to have the light beam used if it bothered me. No explanation is given as to why this potentially dangerous laser-type light beam is aimed at people's faces. In fact, it's a technique used to stun and injure targeted persons in criminal matters--not something that has any place being inflicted on unsuspecting customers in a bank. It is also used for facial recognition purposes, but this violates the customer's right to privacy if they have not consented to be subjected to its use--consent which Capital One does not bother to get. It can also hurt, sting, cause visual obstruction and damage the eye, particularly if eyes are sensitive to bright beams of light (which many are), or the person receiving the beam already has other eye issues. Having had this happen before at this very branch, I asked the teller the moment it was my turn if the light beam would be used, explaining that I was declining consent to it, and had sustained pain and discomfort in my eyes when it was used without warning on a previous visit. After first pretending that she had no idea what I was talking about, the teller told me that if I walked away while she checked my identification, the light beam would not hit me. The teller then summoned me back, and as she asked what transaction I was there for, deceptively triggered the bright light beam to shine in my face the moment I was in front of her! This is disgraceful, and makes a mockery of health and privacy law, disability rights, consumer rights, and just plain common decency. It also endangers the health and well-being of innocent members of the public who have done nothing more than attempt to patronize the bank. If Capital One believes its customer base in Nanuet or anywhere is comprised of criminals, then close the branch! They've already closed nearly every branch location I regularly patronized, and seemingly don't want local bank business in major population areas--begging the question of what Capital One's real business and revenue source is. I received no apology for the vile treatment, for my being lied to by the bank employee, and for having a dangerous light beam shined at me without my consent and against my clear directive that it not be used. The rights, health and safety of bank customers and the general public matter. It's too bad Capital One Nanuet doesn't get that, and disregards customers - even loyal, longtime customers - as if pieces of trash.

Capital One credit card is incompetent. I will share this everywhere. I paid for an order and then disputed it later because I never got it and the company also lied about their product. They kept making adjustments on my account and now they are billing me for something I paid for but I still dispute it. They are so nasty on the telephone that I sent it to NYS AG yesterday. First I will not pay twice for something I didn't receive and secondly as the company that I used for so long and during a pandemic there are scammers they should assist with the dispute. Since I paid once I am NOT paying twice. I saw on a group you people did that to others too. I hope the AG goes after you. All it takes is someone that knows simple math to see I paid the original charge. You should also help when a scammer didn't send what I paid for.

Capital one is the worst bank I ever had. They will scam you out of your money!!!!! Everyone that works on the telephone line is rude and seems like they all hate their jobs. Don't ever choose capital one!

Went to Capital One in Nanuet expecting long lines but Darren took care of me right away. Daren was quick, pleasant and professional. I will come to this branch again. Great experience! Thanks Darren!

Worst customer service I have ever received. Between checking account, credit card and auto finance. I closed my account for so many reasons.
