Fantastic experience, struggled to find someone I could trust to do a quick EV NYS inspection. Gary set me up with an appointment last week. Unfortunately came in later for a 9am, they were still able to accommodate and get me in/out almost immediately. Justin and Greg were excellent, fast, friendly, highly recommend.

I recently ran over what I thought was a harmless piece of tire tread on the interstate. After I heard the awful THUNK of something hitting the underside of my car, I realized that the object was a piece of metal, and then my car started making a weird noise. I tried to see what was going on under my car, but I couldn't get a clear look in my driveway, so I took my car to Coatti's. Honestly, they could have told me anything and I would have had to believe them and pay what they asked. However, they told me it was just a damaged hanger, and charged me a reasonable price for fixing it, which they did by the end of the day, even though I came in without an appointment. I just wanted to write this review to thank them for their honesty and solid work.

I have used Coatti’s a dozen times.Maria runs the front desk and is a gem.Peter is the owner/head mechanic who oversees everything. They had their mechanic who worked on my car call me twice to update me on my repair. The entire team rose to the occasion and went above n beyond excellent customer service to get my car on the road ASAP. They diagnose and work with you,charge a fair price and you leave feeling good your vehicle was repaired properly. I bought my first car,used,when I was 15 years old.Im now 60 years old. This service garage is the very best I have ever encountered.Its a pleasure to bring your car here.I highly recommend them.Services: Auto battery replacement
