I recently had a very frustrating experience at Costco regarding bottle deposits for Diet Coke. I paid the bottle deposit when purchasing the Diet Coke but found that the bottle return machine doesn't accept Diet Coke bottles. When I asked about this issue, the staff told me that they do not accept bottle returns for Diet Coke, even at the desk, which makes no sense. The staff member I spoke to was rude and dismissive, which made the situation even more unpleasant. I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of proper handling of this issue. I expect better from Costco.

First time had wild caught king samlon at 19.95 per lbs.hope they start keeping out non members ,They take parking spaces from members. I'm 84 not enjoying walking in roadway in outfield when parking.

Couldn’t find the things i came for today. Which are Kirkland chocolate chips, organic cocoa powder, toom garlic sauce and babybel cheese. Needs better management Costco.

Got food poisoning from the chicken salad at the food court. I stopped eating it after I noticed some of the lettuce was brown, but I still got sick.
