The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable, offering guidance without pressure. The store features a very comfortable and nice intimate smoking lounge with great ventilation to keep the air clean. It also has a great bar selection. While prices can be a little higher, customers find the experience worth it. The welcoming atmosphere and properly stored inventory ensure a great experience for all, making it a place customers plan to return to and won't go anywhere else.

Perhaps the best selection of cigars I have ever seen. Very knowledgeable staff and the smoking lounge is very comfortable with great ventilation to keep the air clean. Love the bar selection, something for everyone in all price ranges for bar and cigars.

Been looking for a good cigar shop in the area and dad's was 20 minutes from my house so I never went there until today. Won't go anywhere else now that I found it. Every other place sold just a few cigars and they weren't properly stored. Great lounge in the back too
