I brought my Odyssey for 4 recall services, one of which was Auto Engine Idle Stop. After they updated the software, it stopped working at all. Moreover, some sort of a styrofoam is sticking out near the compartment box after they replaced a cable connector for the rear camera. I left a message for the service advisor lady (won''t write her name here), but I haven't heard from her.

Very disappointed with customer service I walked in there stating exactly what I wanted to test drive. The salesman assigned to me, seemed like he couldn’t be bothered. Ended up going to Honda White Plains and walking out with a Honda CRV 2026.
Nanuet has to do better.

There is a reason why Adam Yzeiri is the lead salesperson at DCH Honda of Nanuet, NY. He’s very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He’s also very patient and gave us a very nice deal on our brand new 2026 Hybrid CR-V Sport.
We’ve leased 4 Ridgelines in the past 15 years and also 1 CR-V with them and we’ve never had any problems, complaints or issues with any of the vehicles. Also the service is just getting better and better. Thank you Andi and we’ll be sending more customers your way.

Terrible experience here. I purchased a certified preowned vehicle less than three months ago. A month ago my head gasket blew and estimated cost to repair was $5,000. My warranty is 7 years or 100,000 miles whichever comes first. I’ve been told it expired on time but that’s not the case because it was purchased September 2019 which is less than 7 years ago. I tried to contact service department and manager but they’d ignore or dismiss me every time. The manager was rude and wouldn’t call back. They didn’t help or try to do anything they just gave smug remarks. So I’m left to pay 1/4 of the cars cost just to drive it. Thankfully Lia Honda of Kingston was able to get me in touch with Honda of America and try to get this resolved but no luck. No thanks to Nanuet. Looking to get an attorney to help get things right.

I and my family have been a loyal customers for decades and will only buy cars at DCH Honda Nanuet. I want to single out Tom Muradian who has always been there for us and helped my family buy 5 Hondas recently! I also want to single out Halime Krasniqi who handled my purchase of my beautiful 2025 CR-V Sport Hybrid.
She completed the sale in record time with patience and kindness and I will certainly seek her out again. Bravo team!!

Anyone know why when you go get your car serviced the first thing is to unplug my interior dash camera??? Last I checked oil change is done from under the car… not sure what he would be doing in the car that he must unplug it. fyi I wouldn’t have even checked it if it wasn’t unplugged
