Wow, I just left. 7-8-25 noon. I encountered the NASTIEST, MEAN, eye rolling , under breath muttering cashier EVER in my life. Im so kind to everyone. I left my stuff and walked out. I’ll go to a different one from now on. That is how badly she made feel , for fumbling with money for a moment! Ppl on line were like it’s ok. I had to say this. 💯 never leave bad reviews. You don’t treat ppl that way! Esp In front of their kids…….

I dont know what is wrong with the staff here but get it together! I asked assistance, he came with an attitude. I asked for clarification on an item in the store for this staff member to have his back turned actively ignoring my questions. I had i ask another staff member for help. Just to hear them speaking in creole behind me. Well guess what i speak creole too and he still ignored my questions. Get it together!!!

The staff and management here are just HORRIBLE. The workers are rude and have an attitude. The management is disgusting here. The workers are under trained and have overcharged me many times. The store is never clean and never clean.

My usual spot but I’m annoyed!!!! This morning I got up real early! Website says you open at 8am. Door sign STILL SAY 9am. I go in and a gentleman who was nice apologized and said it will open at 8:30. It’s 8:30 now and still not open!! I’m running late and it’s not fair!! Please get it together!!!

If i could give this place negative stars I would. Went in for a few balloons, but they don’t carry regular latex balloons. Worker was so nasty when I asked for help. Store was dirty and a mess.

? Story time ladies and gentlemen. I only gave the store ☝️ start because they will not let me post my review. Time to time I will shop at my local Dollar Tree in Nanuet, NY store because it is closer to my workplace, I prefer to shop at the Dollar Tree in Park Ridge New Jersey, the staff are very nice and friendly . On Saturday, May 11, 2024, around 3:30 pm I was getting a Birthday card for my son, I was in the store for about 45 minutes to an hour buying a few things that I could use for DYI, the line was kind of long, out of the blue I had the need to use the restroom, when I asked to used the restroom, I was denied access to the restroom by the store manager Lizzie. I asked her why? Then she said “the restroom is not for customers and therefore I am not allowing anyone to use it and that is the store policy”, I told her this isn’t my first time at the Dollar Tree stores and why the Nanuet store are denying their costumers access to the restroom's, she said because the customers are stealing. I told her had to go it is an emergency she said “no, you can go next door”, I told her “I am not shopping at the store next door, I am spending my money at your store and why they should they let me use their restrooms when I am not shopping at their store”, she said “that isn’t my problem”. I tried to explain to her that I had to urine due to my medication intake. I asked her if she could search me or stand by the door while I am using the restroom if she is so corner about the consumers stealing in the store, she said “ I am not having that conversation with you” and walked away from me. One of the staff heard our conversation and he let me used the restroom without her permission, he asked me to keep it quiet so he wouldn’t get in trouble with Lizzie. I was upset ? but I didn't argue with her, I called Corporate and filed a complaint about the situation. I was told that it is not Dollar Tree's policy to deny their customers access to the restrooms. I will keep you posted on the results from corporate management. Know your rights and don't let anyone take it away from you. ? you and God blessed ?

First ever review of 1 star. My son was cheated out by a machine in their store. Just stole 50cents. Everyone said it was not their problem and it to take it up with cooperate. Comical that they have no responsibility to anything in there store. In top of that, no response from cooperate. Last dollar tree I ever go into.

Very rude cashier in Nanuet..Too lazy to assist w balloons. Will not reccomend. Many other dollar stores to choose from.
