Took my car for a yearly maintenance service.Was told it would take one hour so I decided to wait. It took two and a half hours.I was told it was done and they were just cleaning and washing the car. 45 minutes later, I was still waiting. When I was finally taken to my car, the car was not even clean. My first time here and maybe my last.

The service was excellent and done in a timely manner. Your service representative Jennifer Bishop is outstanding. Despite the relatively high cost of the work I needed to be done she managed to explain everything in detail in a polite and professional manner. I am very happy with the service performed. my car runs great now. Jennifer is a real asset to your dealership.

What a breath of fresh air, Mr. Getulio Perez greeted me promptly at 8:15am and listened to all my concerns. He went as far as to introduce me to the Technician who rectified the front end vibration. They also ordered me a new headlight and taillight under warranty. Well worth the trip from Westchester County. Grand Prize went above and beyond to help me get my truck running smoothly. I will not service my new GMC anywhere else. I apologize for not getting the Technicians name. He was great also!

Grand Prize was the second dealership I visited. I had a trade-in value from the first dealership as well as a sale value from an online website.Grand Prize provided a very fair offer on my trade-in as well as a fair offer on the purchase of the new vehicle.It was an easy and smooth experience.Marc was a pleasure to deal with. Great follow through and not pushy.

I brought the vehicle in for code PO411. (Secondary air injection system incorrect air flow detected.) The Technician changed the air injection pump claiming it was defective. No documentation was provided on the invoice describing that the pump had been tested to verify that it was defective. I had to bring the car back since it did not fix the problem. There is a service bulletin describing the procedure which states the air injection ports and passages in the cylinder head needs to be cleaned. The technician should have initially followed this procedure as recommended by GM. While at the shop a code PO13 appeared. (Oxygen sensor) It did not have this code when it was brought in. I have had two issues with Grand Prize in the last 10 months. Last time I was here a valid NY State inspection sticker was removed when the shop failed my vehicle for cracked rubber on my tires. There was no legal way for me to drive the car to get new tires. I will give credit to Frank the advisor who helped to resolve the issue in a fair and professional manner. He was the highlight of my visit to Grand Prize. I have no trust in the technicians to do a job properly. I will no longer do business with Grand Prize.

Alyssa has been working with us on an intermittent problem with one of our patrol trucks. She has been patient and understanding, and gone the extra mile to get the problem rectified, all while communicating constantly to let us know where our truck is in the process. As a result, they determined what th eissue is, and are in thr process of fixing it.

We brought home our beautiful brand-new Chevy Trax yesterday. Our salesman, Maurice Parke, is awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, the leasing process, and answered all of our questions. No pressure, he was patient and fun! A true professional in his field, he is the first salesman my husband ever hugged! Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to our next vehicle! I walked in yesterday, it was quiet, there was no-one else in the showroom, a lady approached me and asked if I was looking for anything in particular, I said yes, a Blazer, the base model but with AWD. She said we only have the fully loaded model. And that was that, I waited for her to offer something - maybe even if I wanted to take a look at it, or to find out if she can get one into the showroom ( I know other dealers offer) nor did she even ask if I was interested in a different car - although I had said I was looking for a Blazer, maybe I would have wanted to see something else that is a bit comparable that they have on the floor, (trailblazer) it seemed she wasn't even interested in helping me, or even make a sale. I had a similar experience almost 8 years ago, when I was looking for a car (the one I have now) and I'm surprised their customer service is still so terrible.

My experience was a know pressure extremely pleasant experience. I would recommend Marylin and your team to anyone. Especially the person who called to encourage me to test drive the car. Easiest repair appt ever! I was very pleasantly surprised! Jake checked me in and was extremely courteous, helpful and thorough. I needed to take the shuttle home and this was the first time that I didn’t have to wait an inordinate amount of time. Marco drove me home in a very comfortable car with a great ride - he was also a good driver.Jake kept me updated via phone as to the status of my car and later called to tell me about what time Marco would pick me up to take me back to the dealership. Everything went so smoothly that I was quite impressed and will most probably use Grand Prize for repairs in the future. Thanks!

They were able to accommodate my repeated requests to change an appointment. Also, the tire rotation was done within an hour as promised so I was able to get back to work on time.Would recommend.

To be honest, I don't know how many stars to give.I bought a certified used Encore GX in July. The check engine light came on in August. Spoke to my sales person, and brought it in to service on Aug. 23rd. We are still waiting for the part. It's been a week now. Frank said try next week bc it's on back order. I asked about a loaner but he said I can still drive my vehicle with the check engine light on. I really don't feel comfortable with this idea, but ok. It seems I have no other choice. Very frustrating that the "certified pre owned" is causing this issue. I had the car for a month! And why is it taking so long for a GM service dept to get a GM part?

This dealership is the worst one I’ve been to and I’ve leased many cars from different places and this dealership is the WORST!!!!. I leased my car from them almost 3 years ago. I’m almost at the end of my lease that I needed to get out due to certain circumstances and wouldn’t help me not one bit. Their customer service is the worse. So I went to another dealership and even though I didn’t get my car from them they really went out of their way to help me out didn’t even think twice. Nanuet GMC is money hungry and they don’t care about their customers. Horrible place to get a car . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

I visited this dealer a few times and was very interested in two different cars until Denise was so unbelievably rude and inappropriate to me. She began accusing me (about a complete misunderstanding) and spoke to me in a way I have absolutely never been spoken to especially by an employee at a place where I am trying to give them business!! I will absolutely never come here again and will never recommend. After this, I never got a call back from the salesman, who witnessed this disgusting encounter. I left in tears.
