Terrible service!! Waited 6 weeks and had to contact them to find out my taxes got lost in the shuffle. Then moved to another preparer. Waited another 4 weeks, contacted them only to find out again my taxes got set aside and left waiting. Now being given to a 3rd preparer. Im taking my taxes away after 3 months of waiting and going somewhere else. Worst tax service I have ever had by far! Unprofessional, inept and will end up costing me major $$ because of it!!

My agent was really good and explained everything to me in a way I was able to understand! Only thing I don't like is how much it cost to file my taxes..$495.00!!

Really disappointed in this service. She incorrectly filed my taxes, almost costing me thousands od dollars (and a huge amount of stress) and then refused to refund me for her services. Will never return to this inexperienced, unprofessional, and rude woman. How she calls herself and accounant is beyond me.

I did my taxes with them and regretted it. The tax preparer was not ready for the appointment set. Put the wrong addresses on my return and didn't even go over that with me. On top of that I told him to NOT PREPARE my 2022 federal return and he did it anyway, with the audacity of charging me for a service I said to not do. I had to find the address mistakes myself after not getting my refund check after 2 MONTHS. Do yourself a favor and go to the local library for free because I paid money to get no money and now I have to fix this out with the IRS.

Good experience when you go in person. Don't file online. The tax person never replied to me about my simple question. "When will you finish my taxes?. That was submitted on April 13.Thanks

To start, they do not have a receptionist. They have tax analysts playing receptionist. People are just sitting there not being helped until someone comes to the front. My appointment with Igal was at 3PM. The “receptionist of the day” said he is finishing up with another client. That’s fine, I understand. After 20 minutes of waiting, there was still nothing… not a follow up or reminder to let him know he has a client waiting. After 51 minutes of waiting, I had enough and said I have been waiting for almost an hour. That’s when they decided to remind him that he has a client. He told me to take a seat and wait some more as he wasn’t finished with his client. This place and the employees truly lack professionalism. For the owner who comments the same redundant comment to all reviewers, save it. After reading the terrible reviews, something truly needs to change instead of writing the same comment. Thanks.

Horrible service I did my taxes there last year had no issues, I went this year and they tried to double charge me to file my taxes after I had already paid, I had to call a customer service number to have my situation fixed which thankfully it was but i ended up having to go to another location for help.Disgusting never again will I return to this location
