I had a very good experience at the KeyBank of Nanuet for the first time The employee working the drive-through was nice and very pleasant Would visit again Highly recommend this branch!

I have to give this bank a zero. I’ve only had the account about a year. It’s been issue after issue after issue after issue after issue!!!!!! I’m not going to continue using their services to a high extent anymore. The bank CONSTANTLY makes errors. Call customer service, they tell you they don’t know so you need to come in to a branch. They make account errors, overdraw your account and then tell you it will take two weeks for them to refund you. It didn’t take you two weeks to withdraw my account. Why on gods green earth does it take TWO whole weeks to refund $200?!!!! 200 dollars. Then I’m told to make a deposit so the account reflects positively. Why the hell am I paying for the damn banks error!!! I already don’t leave money in the account because I refuse to bank with them on a high level. And this is exactly why. Never in my life. Small business owners STAY AWAY!!!!!! I’m so over this bank. You have better options. Try Citizens bank. Or TD Bank. Andres and Forrest are great at this branch. But Key Bank is a BIG NO going forward. A BIG ONE.

Very bud experiance! I sent a wirelless transfer to Spain to my Family on December 23/2024 i was told by Fores key bank mannager money will be december 24 today is January 5/2025 still NOT in SPAIN this is wrong why i can not have my founds back? This isue in key bank and wrong information create a lot a peoblems and NOT Merry Chritsmas or Happy New Year for me in my Family. I need my Founds back ASAP

This is the worst bank I’ve been to, please avoid using this branch for your own convenience. Twice in one month I’ve had this branch’s ATM machine take my money without actually even depositing it into my account during a transaction. It is beyond irritating that they will allow these issues to arise without ever fixing their ATM machine.

I usually go there to help my friend Deposit his money, and there is a Spanish lady working in customer service she has tattoos in her hands she was so rude I mean it she is so rude she just started give me attitude and moving so slow and start talking to others and keep ignoring me .I don’t know why!!! she works in Nanuet brunch.
