Best customer service. This place really takes care of their customers. The owner bill personally will come to the house and help pick out and recommend places for lights then helps pick out styles that match well.

I purchased several lights from this place back in July 2022, as of today (12/14) I am still missing some of them. The ones I received were severely delayed. They make promises, they tell you I'll call you, they never do. They tell you oh in a week, two weeks, end of the month. Well its been 5 months, where are the lights? They are so quick to take your money and leave you hanging. One of the chandelier's I received had broken crystals and a bent frame, they want me to go back and forth with every issue they won't replace it. Save your time, money and trust in people, don't go here. Now, I am just in limbo waiting and falling for their false promises of ever calling me back.

Products were terribly delayed. Don't fall for their empty promises of "rush order". They don't have the common courtesy of calling you back to provide an update. I have spent thousands of dollars in 2015 while renovating a home and now was making another purchase for a new home. Really disappointing giving local businesses a chance.

I was in the market for new lighting and heard Lites Plus is the place to go. While the outside of the store is unassuming, the inside is absolutely spectacular. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the variety of high quality home decor items including vanities, mirrors, sculptures, and so much more. It was almost overwhelming, but the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and quickly understood my vision (thanks Bill!). My overall experience was delightful from start to finish. Who knew a beautiful establishment like this existed on Rt 59?! I cannot recommend Lites Plus higher and plans to return frequently!

I ordered 2 fixtures from lites plus on 4/15. One was a flush ceiling light and the other a bathroom vanity light. I was contacted on 4/19 and told that the ceiling light had been discontinued. I went back and ordered a different ceiling light. I received the ceiling light a few days later. I asked about the vanity light and they told they only had paper work /receipt for the ceiling fixture. I brought in a copy of my receipt for the vanity light. The woman behind the counter told me she would check on the order and get back to me. I did not hear back from her so I went back to the store. I was told that they were still waiting to hear back about my vanity light. Fast forward 3 weeks in total and I still do not have a vanity light. I went back to the store and was told again that they had no record of me purchasing a vanity light. I brought my copy of the reciept for the 2nd time and got a full refund as the item had been discontinued. I originally was told that it was the ceiling light that had been discontinued. They do not know what they are doing.**Their stock employee was really nasty to me and it was not addressed with him. I was told this is the way he is with everybody.They need a computerized tracking system. Their paper system is too antiquated and leaves a lot of room for error. The customers are the ones that suffer.I will not be shopping there anymore. Capital lighting in Paramus is more organized and computerized.

I bought my chandelier July 25, 2021 and until now I still didn’t get it. It’s already paid the same day. I called many times and the person I spoke with said he will check what happened to it and he’s going to call me back once he find out but he failed to call me back. So frustrating it’s more than 2 weeks already
