I had an excellent experience at this dealership. From the moment I arrived, the service was professional, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused. Service Manager John Vallario took great care of me he was attentive, transparent, and made sure every question was answered.
My vehicle was handled perfectly, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find this level of communication and attention to detail.
Highly recommend this dealership and John for anyone looking for top-tier service. I’ll definitely be returning.

I had such a wonderful experience with my dealer, James. He was patient, kind, and explained everything so clearly. I got a really good deal, and even after I bought my car, he still helped me learn all the new features of my electric car. That meant a lot to me because I was unfamiliar with electric cars. I also love the Nanuet branch — everyone there is so respectful and gentle. They were the only branch that asked for my permission before sending text messages, which showed how thoughtful and considerate they are. I truly appreciate their kindness, and I already know I want to buy my next car from James!

My daughter needed a car and i sent her to Fred and Mike. They are amazing Fred is so calm and explained everything to her. I knew she was in good hands because i previously purchased a car from him. She is young and i didn't have to micro manage. She loves both Fred and Mike and visits often. Mike made sure she received the right financing that met her needs. I live in White Plains and sent her to Nanuet to purchase a vehicle. If i could i would give Fred and Mike 10 stars.

Not providing loaner vehicles for a client who has a service warranty is a really poor policy. I was told they do not provide this, but other dealerships do. Do better.
