I’ve been coming to Midas for years & since they got new people it’s been trash they find any & everything to get money out of people it sucks I will no longer bring my business to them I have no lights on but I so happen to have a crack in my brakes make it make sense I knew they were gonna fail my truck when the guy told me pass or fail still gotta pay right there I should if known they were gonna fail me

Michael provided excellent and prompt customer service. Dropped it off shortly after opening and my flex pipe was fixed and welded in less than 2 hours!

Went to Midas, Nanuet this morning for an annual NYS Vehicle. Inspection. It was the simplest, quickest inspection I have ever had. And the most courteous store coordinator in recent memory. I will be back for other services I am sure. Total time was less than an hour! No attempt was made to sell me anything.

Did not start off well as a staff member said there were no discounts available for oil changes, fortunately another co-worker confirmed there was a special and honored it. The service and professionalism was appreciated.

I came in with out an appointment to fix my car. They were very professional and courteous. Had my car back in less than hour!!
