I came in looking for an employee walking around for about 10 minutes to ask about a parakeet that was up for adoption. When I finally found a woman, she had a lighter hair I’ve seen her there on multiple occasions. She was very rude dismissive and not helpful She told me to go look at a paper but there was no paper on the cage. I’ve come to this pet shop for years. I have lots of animals. Today also looking at the Betta fish they’re dying they’re not taking care of the fish It’s on the verge of animal abuse.

Good prices but they need to get more knowledgeable about what they are selling, specifically the fish area.

Petsmart in Nanuet ny, is the worse store to shop at. The assistant manager is not a nice man, the shelves are always bare.
Recently spoke to the store Mgr and she was also rude. I work in retail and you should not be rude to people.
I will be shopping at the Monroe ny petsmart where they know how to treat people.

Everything about this PetSmart is fantastic. Everyone in the retail section is helpful and over-the-top friendly. Regarding the grooming department, Brielle is top-notch. She is professional and caring and always gives my pup a great groom. I will never make an appointment with anyone other than her.

These girls that worked there were so professional, they knew every detail I asked about and they also were very nice and friendly.i would give all of them a raise if that was me as the owner.great job at this place....more businesses need to be like this...thank you ladies....u were all beautiful and kind and so so on point with everything I asked....thank you ...

Just left. There is a hamster that will stress itself out to death tonight and they wouldn't let me buy it at close. The death of this hamster will be on their hands. They deserve to feel like horrible people for letting this animal die. Will be reporting their store to corporate in the morning.

The grooming staff at this location are so rude. I will never bring my dog back to this location. The managers were no better. They did not apologize for their staff or offer any kind of resolution. I have had multiple issues with this location over the years but I wanted to give them another chance. I will not be using this location again!
