Premier Collision Center did a wonderful job to my vehicle it looked brand new from the inside and out. I didn’t even recognize my own vehicle that’s how much the did a terrific work of art. Don’t even know where to begin. I had a run in with a deer with my 2016 Honda touring sedan. I am the original owner and kept my car in immaculate condition.I had many choices of shops where I could have taken my car. After some research and careful consideration I chose Premier collision center. Needless to say they lived up to their reputation. My car came back like it just came off the showroom floor. This auto body shop does not even deserve 1 star. The customer service was absolutely horrible. I had filed a claim with my insurance in Nov 2021. My initial appointment was scheduled for mid December 2021. I was able to get my car in for an initial look but received no paperwork on an estimate. While the wait time was understandable due to the pandemic including staff shortage and parts on back order, what is inexcusable and just plain bad business skills, is the inability to communicate and provide updates. I received 1 phone call shortly after my appointment was supposed to occur stating the parts were not in yet. The woman stated it should be another week or so. Periodically, through the span of 6+ months, I would call to check on the status. At that point, they did not recall who I was and the same woman kept saying they'd call me back but never did. My insurance company also called twice with the same statement of \

I am the owner of G&A Automotive in Nanuet and I was introduced to Louie (the owner of Premier) back in 1996. That was when I began sending all my customers, who asked me where they should go? They have repaired my personal cars, my employees and just recently my sons car as well. For over 25 years I've never heard any complaints from anyone of my customers that went there and I can testify on their quality of work because I will always get to see these customer's cars when they return to me for service. I brought my 2022 Chevy to Premier Collision with extensive damage. Louis and his team could not have been more professional and meticulous in their repairs.Parts are currently on back order and and can be difficult to find in times like these, due to factory production issues. Louis, Toni, and Duke went above and beyond by calling countless suppliers and traveling to get new parts.
