Super rude location, I’ve been here multiple times and not by choice and every time it’s a horrible experience. If could give this place a zero I would.

When walking in for a walk in apt, there's no one to talk to. No way to know if and when they'll take you. I waited over an hour (when on the screan they said wait time is 30-60 min but hopefully less) and then left without my test done

Waited an hour and a half to get a test done WITH AN APPOINTMENT. My appointment was at 12:40 and after an hour of waiting I asked a staff member how much longer of a wait it would be after watching everyone who got there after me be let in before me. She asked me my name and I told her and she said my name wasn't on the list. Even after I showed her my email confirmation of my appointment she said I wasn't on the list and said she couln't help me. Then another person was let in and I asked the employee Anna about my appointment. She told me the same thing- that my name wasnt on the list. but that she would get me in. No communication between employees about someone who had been waiting there for over an hour and 20 minutes for an appointment. My test took less than 5 minutes. The only reason I am giving one star is for Anna helping me. I am a nurse and I am so so dissappointed in this facility. If. I heard about someone waiting almost 2 hours for an appointment I would immediately fit them in as the test I needed literally took less than 5 minutes.

The woman here is the rudest person I have ever meet. I was a phlebotomist supervisor for forty year and if any one ever spoke to a patient like she did she’d be fired on the spot

If I could give zero stars, I would. After going to Quest every two weeks for the past three months, two weeks ago they told my husband that our insurance company would not cover his blood draws that were ordered by his transplant team at the Cleveland Clinic every two weeks to track his health after surgery because they are too frequent. I called our insurance company who said that ALL of his blood draws are covered and they called Quest to straighten them out. This week the people who work in this quest are so uneducated that they don't even know what the difference is between a nurse and a nurse practitioner. They told my husband this week that they wouldn't do his blood draws because his order was submitted by a nurse and he needed a doctor to submit it. But it was actually submitted submitted by a nurse practitioner. Even I know that a nurse practitioner has the ability to write prescriptions and place blood orders for the doctor. That is what they do! Quest gave my husband a name of who they said is the doctor that they need to sign the order. So my husband called the Cleveland Clinic when he got home and they said that person who signed it and the person who they told him that they need to see on the order is also a nurse practitioner and both of them are approved to submit these orders for the doctor as nurse practitioners.I think that the people who work in this Quest are on a power trip and they like to make people feel that they and their health are at their mercy. It is disgraceful. They are uneducated. This place should be closed.

Amazing experience with a great kind technician Miranda. She was fast, friendly and efficient. I was a walk in and waited less than expected with a full waiting room. Many technicians on site that kept calling patients in for service.

I’m only giving one star because I can’t give zero. I’ve been going to quest for years because it’s one of the places my insurance goes through. Been to multiple locations and everyone has been lovely and helpful. I have an upcoming surgery that I needed bloodwork for. The bloodwork slip was from a clinic that has sent me to quest multiple times before. There has never been an issue. The staff had just dismissed two other patients for silly reasons, and rudely announced that there would be no taking walk-ins, as they won’t even be able to get to the patients that had appointments. I was one of those patients. When I got into the room, I was told that my paperwork could not be used because it wasn’t in quest format. Again, never an issue in the past. I was told to go to the hospital and hopefully they could do it and dismissed without further explanation. Everyone that I called to explain this to was surprised and shocked, as well as the people at the lab in the hospital that is in fact, quest affiliated. I am certain that these technicians were overwhelmed, overworked, and short staffed. I am also certain that this lies on quest itself to remedy it so that they don’t become this way ever again. I have an important surgery, but not a life-sustaining one. I am also fortunate to not be terminally ill. This is not the way to run an office like this, where people are literally depending on you. As displeased as I am with the technicians, the company needs to remedy the situation and help their employees.

Please never ever go to the Nanuet, NY Quest Diagnostic. The worst place in medical field that I was. If I could, I would give to that place 0 stars. My name is Farida Spektor and I came there today to drop off urine collection container on which all my and doctor information were on 2 sides. No contact with live personal there. To drop off you have to stay long line according your number in check-in desk. Exactly like another customer told, I tried to knock the door, 2 technicians walked by and saw me with no reaction. Finally when my turn came, I was treated by rude technician so badly that cannot relax long time after that. She did not take my collection canister telling that I am not in system, that I did not understand instructions given to me, and without Doctors prescription they do not take it. I drove to another Quest in NJ and spend literally 1 minute to drop off container. And there technician were very polite and friendly telling that I am in system and all information they needed already there. Unfortunately I read all reviews after I got so much stress and negative treatment in Nanuet, NY Quest. I just wonder why after so many very low grades reviews nothing change at this place?

This location is completely understaffed. I had made an appointment online 2 weeks prior. Even so, I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. Plus when customers had questions, the staff was rude to them. Totally unacceptable and not going back.

Horrifying establishment. I came in to drop off a refrigerated sample with an appointment. Yes, an appointment to drop off a bag. They refused me saying they didn't have the doctors order. I needed an order to pick up the containers from them yesterday, which I did. So obviously the order exists and they have it, because with it they gave me the sample containers. I've now been here an hour and 45 minutes with a sample in a bag that needs to be kept refrigerated. The sample is compromised because they refuse to put it in their fridge. This test is for my friend who is so ill she can't leave her house. I'm trying to do this for her. She will likely need to get this all done again and she is so ill she can't eat food besides jello. This place is negligent and soulless. There is no customer service here- just a screen that doesn't work right. I am being spoken over and ignored when I ask for help. This is not a matter of entitlement or lack of patience- it's a persons serious health condition. In a bag on my lap. Unrefrigerated. I hope this place burns to the ground. I've been here well over an hour now and multiple people have had similar issues.

This place is horrible. My husband got a transplant from Cleveland Clinic and has to get blood tests every two weeks for the transplant team there to follow his progress. The Clinic sent electronic orders to Quest twice for this and the incompetent people who work in this Quest location say they can't find them. Apparently, all Quest locations are supposed to be connected to the Cleveland Clinic electronically. Then the people at this Quest told my husband that he needed to bring his blood draw order printed on paper every time he goes in order to not be turned away. He was doing that for a while until they said he needed to get a new order because they can't take the same order for more than six months without a new order. First of all, the order he brought in that day in October started in August and was to expire in February. I don't know if they can do math, but October is only two months later than August. Second of all, who do they think they are to be able to deny following a doctor's orders? The people who work there are very rude, incompetent and uncaring. Either they don't know how to use the electronic orders software on the computer or they just don't want to be bothered to do it. Either way, it isn't acceptable to have people like that working at a medical service place. This place is definitely not patient centered. I really think the main management of Quest should take a look at this branch and either reorganize it, starting with firing the people who currently work there, or shut it down. I think the people that work in this branch enjoy making the patients feel powerless. It is a horrible place. Don't go there.

When I tell you, I have never been so angry to the point where I felt disrespected, angry, and hurt all at the same time! I made an appointment the check-in said 12. I thought I said 12:30. Anyone who knows me or speaks with me knows I speak very softly. Nevertheless. I needed blood work! I waited as a walkin (patiently). I looked up, and I was the only one in the waiting room. I waited 10-15 min, got up , and put my name back on the list in case I did something wrong because I couldn't understand why no one came out to get me.... I waited a little longer, went to the door, and knocked. The tech looked at me and kept walking! I went back, waited some more and went back to the door, and knocked harder! Another tech came out (nasty) listen, and she says, "You have to wait!" I said I'm the only one out here and I've been her since 12:30! She begins to tell me in short that I'm a walk-in, and she just TEXTED the next person, and he's on his way!! Meanwhile, I asked for her name (she refused). I asked her where her tag was, and she pretty much told me it was none of my business and she didn't have to submit her name. I worked in Healthcare, and she was so disrespectful! We pay out the nose for health insurance to be treated with such disrespect. Nanuet Quest Diagnostics is the worst, I won't pay a brand/company my hard earned money to be treated like a second-class citizen!!!
