Too bad Yelp doesn't have negative ratings. Have you ever had a service manager tell you they are not servicing your vehicle and to go somewhere else? Brought my Jeep here for a right tie rod end. Kept the Jeep all day and then told me to come back another day to fix the tie rod. I bring it back to be fixed and when I picked it up now Alan, my service advisor, tells me the tie rod was fixed but the technician heard a noise, thankfully, and now I need a steering wheel box. I took the Jeep back to Bergen Tire who first diagnosed the problem, and not only did I not need a steering wheel box, but the tie rod was also never fixed. I called to speak to the Service Director and was transferred to the Service Manager, Katrina, who claimed there was no one above her. I explained the problem and she said she would have to talk to Alan, and she would call me back. When Katrina called me back, she claimed Alan never told me the tie rod was fixed and repeatedly told me they are not servicing my vehicle and to go somewhere else and she recommends I have the steering wheel box replaced.I took the Jeep to Ramsey Jeep, and guess what, the tie rod end needed to be replaced and not a $3,000 steering wheel box. Ramsey Jeep also gave me one of my free oil changes and tire rotations as they waited to get authorization from Jeep as it was covered under warranty. Because it took Jeep longer than anticipated to give approval, the Jeep couldn't be done that day. Ramsey Jeep wouldn't allow me to pick up the vehicle as it was unsafe to drive. The repair was done the next day.I emailed the owner and Service Director, and they never replied.I would suggest that if Rockland Jeep said they performed service on your vehicle, have someone else verify it.Absolutely disgusting customer service.

I have bought multiple cars here and everything was always great until this last time. Bought a CPO truck specifically because of the warranty. Little did I know the warranty would be useless. Less than a month after getting the truck an issue came up that would cause pre-cat exhaust fumes and carbon monoxide to fill the cab of the truck at idle. This is not an issue as I know things can be missed and mistakes happen. What is an issue is how I was treated when attempting to get the issue fixed. I live alone and work 7 days a week so a loaner is a must, I would have had no issue waiting extra in order to guarantee a loaner. Though after speaking to the service department I was told there was zero way to get a loaner, no matter how far in advance I made an appointment. I was told "walk down the street to Hertz and rent something", gee thanks. I figured maybe she was having a bad day and reached out to the salesman who told me he would look into it and get back to me, big surprise he never got back to me. So I reached out threw the email on the website and got a copy/paste response about buying a new car. Nice to see my concerns were once again ignored. I asked her yet again to forward my issue to a manager that could help me, no response, next day I ask for contact info for someone who could help me, surprise no response. Maybe this will get me a response, I won't be holding my breathe though.

I really want to give this service department no stars never in my life have I felt my intelligence be belittled! I set up my free oil change appt and requested a couple things I was worried about to be looked at. I sent pictures and verbally described what was wrong with my jeep. I call the dealer make sure they received my car spoke about my concerns and asked questions like why are these issues happening if my car was inspected so I was told before being sold to me not even 7 months ago. He then told me the tech was going to run a diagnostic. when I hung up I received two text msgs with an order cost I replied to the text what are These cost for? I immediately received a phone call from the service rep kevin who I clearly explained to I did not want to have any repairs if I had to pay out of pocket my car had a one year warranty and what was occuring to it was not a physical harm I was doing. He said not to worry respond to the text yes so they can go about things but most likely everything will be covered.......well it was not the most costly repair was covered but the second repair was not for a reason they could not tell me I said ok I'll do the one covered and look into when I can do the other He said ok ! I then asked when I can pick up my jeep until the parts arrived he called back and said it was available for pick up but I had to pay 248.50 so I asked for what? He stated a diagnostic fee i said no nothing was done to my car but a free oil change he stated the techs put hours into the diagnosis which I had already made clear to them and that those fees are how they get paid. Now I know a thing or two about service deps of course they were not aware of this. I know that my warranty covers my diagnostic fee even more so when the repair is done at the dealer nd yes which ever repair. I've never felt so lied to over 300 dollars in my life when I know warranty was going to pay 3 times what it even costed smh. the service manager on the phone continuously repeated policy's as if something was going to change and I was going to pay! I physically went up to the dealer in person because I wasn't being made a priority over the phone and left the dealer with my jeep. do I care to ever go back absolutely not the service department needs extreme trading in customer service team work retreats and a little less trickory I am woman nd I have never felt anymore played because of my gender then today! I recommend if u find all these reviews after you have dropped your car off you pick it up immediately. I work hard to pay my car every month to be spoken to as if my intelligence was less. And my recommendation to the owner and anyone from that dealer or department reading this orientate yourself on customer service help orientate your coworkers on team work repetitive complaints and reviews involving the same people in the same department only mean the problem is in house and not the customer! i also strongly recommend you do not do this or anything you should not because today you might not find the person to bring legal consequences but tomorrow you just might!

Oliver McIntyre is the best there is! I recently purchased my first Wrangler from him and it was a total breeze. He made everything so easy and seamless. Oliver walked me through every make and model, let me know every option, and gave his honest opinion about what he would and wouldn’t do. He had real experience with the cars which just made everything so genuine. When there was a problem with the Jeep (factory not dealership) he called me right away and had it fixed asap. This is the only place and man I would ever buy a Jeep from. Simply the best.

Checked in with me to make sure everything was was going smoothly and completed. He made the process comfortable and less stressful. I have been with Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for over 5 years. If you are looking for a vehicle go see Oliver and Rockland Chrysler you won't be dis appointed!

This was definitely one of the best car-shopping experiences I've had.It was worth traveling into NY for and I have already recommended them to others. There wasn't a single add-on, not even window etching, and the doc fee was only $125. (Doc fees are ridiculous in NJ.) I would recommend Oliver in sales. He knows his stuff and If he doesn't know the answer, he'll get it for you quickly.

The staff was top-notch. I couldn’t be happier and I love my new Jeep Sahara. They didn’t stop until they found me exactly what I was looking for. Andrew was hands on and made the whole process seamless. He really took care of everything. It wouldn’t have happened without Warren working his magic and making the numbers work. If you are looking for a new Jeep (or car) definitely check out Rockland Chrysler Jeep Ram. You will not be disappointed!

Was all this worth the purchase of my 2nd Jeep? I don't think so. I love my Jeep but hate the service. I was just waiting 30 days for my car to be serviced and then they said it was a bad battery Duh!! You had it for 30 days of course it was dead. It was a new battery prior! That ordeal cost me $578.31. What a rip off THEN NOT TO MENTION... You guy's ripped me off when I purchased the car and then again during COVID. There was no service available or anyone to help me with issues fm radio communications were fuzzy. So I had to buy sirriusXM.

Bought a wrangler from them. Came with their 2 month warranty. Transmission blew on the highway left us stranded. Called our Salesman and was told we'd get a call back asap. No call was ever given back. Called services and was told I'd receive a call did not. Only after a review did they reach out.

Outstanding buying experience, Brian is a great sales associate. Honored the lowest price at time of sale, no hidden costs or fees. Only thing missing was owners manual and second key for vehicle. Would definitely recommend and buy from them again.

Had the best experience here because of Oliver McIntyre. He went above and beyond for me and my family to make sure I received the right car for me while also getting me an amazing deal. Oliver is the best and had a 11/10 experience here because of him. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

I am very weary of dealerships and waited a long time before finally found this place through a good friend. It’s over an hour drive from my place but totally worth it for the quality and service. Their selection of vehicles that fit my budget and requirements was impressive and Oliver Mclntyre was (and is) a pleasure to deal with. He took care of everything throughout the process and made it as painless as possible, reached out over and over to make sure everything is going smoothly and that I’m happy with the truck.I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee and I couldn’t be happier with it. Definitely coming back soon to get my girl her vehicle as well.

Chris Gunst did a great job helping me get into my new Grand Cherokee. Very responsive and professional. I can't speak for any of the other salesman, but if you're going to get a new car i'd ask for him!
