I add a terrible experience with them. I add an appointment at 3 o'clock. They called me to be earlier at 2 o'clock. So I came at 2 o'clock and they only took in my car by 330 and They finished my car only around 5. And they called me to be earlier for nothing. Otherwise I have to say the technician was very nice.

They sell weak cheap glass. Rep told me the glass they sell is exactly same as oem i would buy. I never in my life had any glass chips. A branch fell on my windshield while parked in my driveway. 6 months later the car has a chip in the glass.

Avoid if you can. Amica sent me here for a rear glass insurance job on a Subaru. After setting up an appointment via Amica and assuring me to my face they wouldn't take the appointment if they couldn't get the glass, they didn't get it, cancelled the appointment, didn't tell me or Amica, none of which I found out until I drove the 30 minutes up there to have the work done on the day of the appointment. I'd give 0 stars if allowed. Terrible experience.

I usually never ever write reviews but after the support today I feel unbelievably obligated.With that being said I’d like to whole heartily thank the employee Michael Jackson.I have an upcoming appointment and was stressed out with the glass continuing to be broken, the price, the issues regarding insurance etc. Michael truthfully went above and beyond and deserves the recognition. I will of course include this in my survey after the work has been complete but it’s very refreshing to see there are still kind and helpful employees out there.Thanks again Michael you’re the man!

Took my car in so a crack could be fixed. I was told that the crack was too small and that they would have to expand the crack in order to fix it. I was made aware of the risk of my window getting worse during the process of them expending the crack and that I would having to replace it entirely. I was told to come back when the crack is bigger. I appreciated their honesty.

If I could I would this terrible terrible place negative -10 stars. Alberto & his fellow idiots look like they can’t read & are absolutely inept & stupid. Don’t bring your vehicle here. They do more damage. They took my car for a 40 minute joyride, broke my mirror & windshield twice. Stay far far far away from this hell hole. I really don’t know what qualities Alberto & his cronies possess that would compensate for their idiotic horrific behavior. Never going here again. They should be shut down.

1 1/2 weeks ago I had an 11:00 appointment . I waited 3.1/2 hours and they put the WRONG windshield due to my ridiculous insurance in it & now Im back yet again. To put in the correct windshield. WILL I BE WAITING 3 hours again?! Customers are being turned away left & right because they don’t have the correct part or because of incompetence! Another client just left here so angry! And she had 3 others sent home before her! Last time I was here i thought the customer was going to hit the counter person. ! THIS IS THE WORST RUN SAFELITE I’VE EVER BEEN TO! Do not go to Nanuet. The men here seem to do a lot of walking around or hanging out talking. I’ve had windshields replaced before and it took 45 minutes both times. Whats wrong with this group? I’ll never go back here again.

Dropped off my 2021 Audi Q7 last night. Picked it up early this afternoon. My technician was Alex and I couldn't be happier! I received updates via txt message letting me know when my Audi was being worked on, and when it was ready for pickup. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. I highly recommend Safelite in Nanuet.

My windshield was chipped on May 24th, 2023. I had an appointment to have it replaced at their store over the weekend. Since the chip was larger than the dollar bill, the entire windshield needed to be replaced. After dropping my car off first thing in the morning, I received a call at about 3:30 stating that the replacement windshield did not have the necessary molding to complete the job that day. I had to pick my car up and then was told that to get the molding it was going to be a 6-8 week wait as it was coming from overseas. It is now NOVEMBER 7th and my windshield is still not fixed. In addition, I have had to follow up with the store as they are incapable of communicating. I have been assured on 3 separate occasions that the issue has been given to the store manager, however I haven't spoken with them. One employee promised to call me back last Friday, however he did not and when I reached out to him yesterday he said he was busy and would reach out today. It's 1:43 pm and still no word.Save yourself the time and frustration and work with a shop that actually knows how to communicate and actually complete the work within a timely manner.

Great experience. Made my appointment online. Once I dropped off the car, it took only a few hours to install the new windshield. Michael Jackson was knowledgeable, pleasant, and courteous. Highly recommended.

Oscar did a beautiful job replacing my windshield right in my driveway. Super convenient. I appreciated the phone call letting me know arrival time. Great experience!

Great place People are awesome but commercials say Safelite can replace & calibrate windshields and this place said I had to bring the car to the dealer. They should adjust their commercials.

By far the worst communication skills I have ever experienced in my lifetime. The tech never showed up for the appointment, even after I was told he was on his way. When I called the shop "Rico" told me I was the next stop. Two hours later, I call back and was told the tech got hurt early this morning and all his jobs were cancelled.WHAT? I received approximately 20 confirmation texts and several emails, BUT somehow you failed to notify this installation couldn't happen. So happy I waited all day for nothing.When I ask for a new appointment I am told I have to wait 2 weeks for mobile service.TERRIBLE!!!

I wrote them an excellent review and I can't seem to change it. When they reinstalled the wipers they didn't screw them in properly. I almost got in a car accident!!!! I could not see where I was going because the wipers broke!!! I went to a shop and paid $100 to fix the wipers. Safelite said they'd pay me for the repair. Months and months waiting for the check. Ridiculous!!!!
