The store is well stocked and not too messy but the check out is like snails. Theres usually one guy with a haitian accent who is super friendly- too friendly so he talks too much, and its not like hes fast to begin with. Today there are two and I have already been in line 10 minutes with three people ahead of me. They need more cashiers this time of year or maybe more efficient cashiers. Call for help! Where is the manager and why isnt he monitoring this? Not coming back time is money ! I wanna go in and out !

More organized and clean than other Sierra locations ( especially the ones in NY) and a larger selection of items.

Pleasantly surprised with the selection. There is a lot to look at (large store) and items are under the same umbrella as TJMAXX, Marshalls, Home Goods but geared more towards the active individual. Checkout was quick and friendly. Definitely worth rummaging through.

I really liked the variety and prices. On a holiday weekend there was only 1 cashier, the line wrapped through the store. Severely understaffed. I left. Went back the next day when they opened and got my stuff and the employee said that it was a constant issue. Do better management!

Great store but horribly run. Waited in a half hour line to check out, the staff was incredibly slow and non plussed about the wait. Good prices but you pay for it with lazy and slow management and staff.
