Extremely Poor Customer Service – Disappointed
I had a frustrating experience at Staples due to the complete lack of customer service. I approached an associate for help, but instead of offering assistance, she was rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping at all. There was no friendliness or professionalism—just a clear attitude that I was inconveniencing her by asking a question.
To make matters worse, I couldn’t even identify her because she wasn’t wearing a name tag, which made it impossible to report the issue directly. She was a younger woman with brown skin, curly hair, and a septum piercing—if management is reading this, I hope that helps.
It’s disappointing to visit a store that’s supposed to offer service and leave feeling ignored and disrespected. Staples needs to do better with staff training and accountability. I won’t be returning to this location anytime

This review is specifically for Jeremy and Sam that work there. Those two individuals are awesome. They have helped me tremendously. This. Staples is a great store. I would come here to make purchases and returns for anything. These two employees are extremely helpful. Thank you so much.

I called up to see if I can drop off a big package for ups and they said yes when I got here they told me it's to big and they waisted a hour of time.

recent experience to buy office chair. I took my time to select about 3 models. Sales rep very knowledgeable, pointed out some features to compare. I made selection. He then offered to assemble the chair at reasonable price. Done by next morning! Very satisfed with this chair! Other products and selection is good! (pens, file cards, record book, printer paper). My goto store for many items.

Always have fun shopping at Staples! You can find what you need, and then you can spend a few minutes browsing the sale items, too! It may be hard getting the kids out though, lol!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. The manager George needs to learn management and customer service skills. He was more concerned with taking care of Amazon returns then dealing with the PAYING CUSTOMERS. This store deserves to close.

I went to this Staples location in Nanuet, New York, to make an Amazon return. However, the store is severely understaffed. There were only three people in the return line and about four people purchasing items, yet there was only one employee handling both the regular store checkout and the Amazon returns.
While the employee was doing an amazing job, it's unfair to both the staff and customers. I would much rather do my returns at the UPS store, but Amazon is charging a one-dollar fee for that. So, I have no choice but to use Staples.
Despite the employee's best efforts, the back-and-forth between regular customers and Amazon return customers was frustrating. Believe it or not, it took me 13 minutes to make one return.

Aisles clearly marked, staff polite and helpful and products attractively packaged and always work well. Wish there was a Staples nearer to me!
