These two brothers are immaculately helpful. If you’re going anywhere in upstate, it’s here. These guys not only know their stuff, they have a natural intuition about cars, and gel well with all their staff. Pricing is beyond fair, and they go above and beyond to check on their customers. You’ll feel safe, supported, and receive exemplary service. If you’re even slightly unsure about an issue, run it by them, they got you.

Great experience Umar is the best
My Son 20 year old son broke down on parkway at night,we had his car towed to Sua Auto Repair Inc @ about 1am,tow truck driver recommended.Umar was great he was right on the repairs in the morning and was very good to my son as he waited for the car to be repaired.Umar was very responsive and reasonably priced.

High recommend! My AC compressor was broken and they fixed it for a much more reasonable price than other places I spoke to, and I spoke to many. They also kept me up-to-date with each step of the process. I felt very well informed (especially having little knowledge of car repair myself). Will absolutely be back if anything happens in the future!

I have a service background in automotive repairs and, as I am no longer in that industry, was looking for a trustworthy shop for repairs that are beyond my scope. My wife has been using SUA for years and I've come to find that their methodology is fair, honest and trustworthy. Added to the fact that their knowledge of vehicles is excellent as well. Suffice to say that if you are looking for a food shop to have your car serviced, you have found it here!

This place is total rip off . Took my Toyota corolla to see if it needs a break change. Quoted a big price taag and if not done to pay $55 diagnostics fee. He traps people with this phony tricks. Stay away

Highly recommend so far. The price to switch out summer to winter wheels was very fair. Fast, yet detailed service. I had asked to make sure there were no damage to the inside of rims. Umar was very commutative and even sent a video showing his work. That's a step above in my book. I will be back

I was almost 2 hours away from home when I had an emergency, my car was losing all its oil. This was the nearest shop to my location & even with how busy they were, they still made time to attend to my emergency which ended up being a easy fix. I thank them so much for the help & I recommend anybody who’s in the area to stop by them for your mechanical needs

The staff at SUA Auto Repair, the owner Umar and his mechanics, are professional, honest, and respectable individuals. They will diagnose your vehicle and will tell exactly what you need and will never take advantage of you and their prices are very reasonable unlike some other mechanics I have dealt with. I have been here for six years and constantly refer family and friends to them. I stand by their work.

This was my first time using SUA, and they did not disappoint. I was driving from CT to NJ, when my car began overheating. They took my family and I immediately and found the source of the problem. The team ensured they found a way to help us, and get us home safely. I would highly recommend them!
