I arrived at the TD Bank Nanuet branch at 5:32 PM — a full 28 minutes before their listed closing time of 6:00 PM — only to find the doors already locked and the entire staff inside, huddled up and seemingly prepared to close down early. Despite clearly having time left in the business day, the team made no effort to acknowledge me or anyone else who arrived after me.
Like many customers, I relied on the hours listed online when planning my visit. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing to be turned away prematurely, especially when I needed TD Bank's services most. What was even more disheartening was witnessing other individuals approach the doors with hope, only to return to their cars visibly let down — a shared look of confusion and disappointment on their faces.
This experience felt less like a customer-first institution and more like a team prioritizing personal convenience over professional responsibility. I expected more from a brand like TD Bank, and this branch, in particular, has left me baffled by its lack of consideration and professionalism. I sincerely hope this is addressed, and that TD reaffirms its commitment to serving customers during the hours it promises.

Poor customer service, i have a bad experience mostly have a bad attitude, unacceptable Behavior.i close my account from there.

I want to thank the bank employees for their good, excellent work. For their kindness and attention to each customer. I especially want to mention the work of Bob, Daniel, and Adriani. I ask the bank management to express their gratitude and encourage these employees on their behalf. If you recognize their excellent work, they will likely work with even more enthusiasm. The customer service is absolutely awful, probably the worst I’ve ever seen. The women are rude. Choose literally any other location over this one.

Wait times very extreme not enough staff. TD corporate should be ashamed of themselves. Setting up staff to fail with inadequate business processes in place.

This location is hands down the worst. The tellers AND bankers are simply subpar. The two ATM machines are barely functional and there is always an unreasonably long wait to speak with a banker. The tellers display a lack of professionalism and seem more interested in conversing amongst themselves than handling people's money. The reputation of the Nanuet location among other TD branches is laughable. Other branches even comment on how imbecilic the workers are in this bank. On the other hand, Pearl River IS the best TD Bank location. Lately, I have been frequenting that branch and their customer service is absolutely outstanding. Spare yourself the unnecessary stress and avoid the Nanuet location.
