U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
59 West Nyack Road, Nanuet NY 10954
“Everything with the location and service was great. The u-haul app and online experiences, however, are a disaster. Nothing makes sense and the multiple, multiple pages of upsell plays when all I want to do is reserve a trailer is beyond useless and frustrating.”

U-Haul Moving & Storage of Nanuet
170 1st St, Nanuet NY 10954
“I really wanted to appreciate the agent who helped me when I was picking up my rental. I was told later her name is Anne. I was having a rough morning after having my day changed and the need for the rental for a work project threw my entire morning off. Anne was patient when I needed some things repeated and helped me with figuring out what I needed. She helped with an app so I can travel with commercial plates and was overall very kind. Thank you Anne, it made all the difference in my day.”

U-Haul Moving & Storage of Nanuet
170 1st Street, Nanuet NY 10954
“Anne is the sweetest U-Haul employee ever!!! When ppl write a review they are usually pissed, Ppl don’t usually just go and write a review when everything’s good, so you can imagine if I’m actually talking the time to write a review, that means she stood out!! Very happy good professional service I received! Good job!!”

Budget Truck Rental
350 West Route 59 Nanuet Square, Nanuet NY 10954
“Our move out of state with Budget Nanuet went mostly smoothly. We rented a 16” truck with a tow trailer, but unfortunately, the trailer was defective, so we had to leave it behind. However, Manager Maribel handled the situation exceptionally well. She was responsive and quickly resolved our issue. Overall, we appreciated her great customer service during a stressful time.”
