“I really wanted to appreciate the agent who helped me when I was picking up my rental. I was told later her name is Anne. I was having a rough morning after having my day changed and the need for the rental for a work project threw my entire morning off. Anne was patient when I needed some things repeated and helped me with figuring out what I needed. She helped with an app so I can travel with commercial plates and was overall very kind. Thank you Anne, it made all the difference in my day.”

“Everything with the location and service was great. The u-haul app and online experiences, however, are a disaster. Nothing makes sense and the multiple, multiple pages of upsell plays when all I want to do is reserve a trailer is beyond useless and frustrating.”
