Every time I come here Neil or other folks help me with whatever questions I have, or issues. These guys are extremely busy so I’ve learned to be as organized w my returns as possible before going in so I don’t hold up line (which still happens but) being organized is appreciated. 0 stars if I could give It to them. Customer service is terrible. I’m not one to leave a review. However, The owner’s always respond to inquiries with either major sarcasm or an attitude. Rude. I, now, understand why people prefer to drive to other UPS locations.

Quick in and out, and now a self serve scanner too. Sure, the workers aren't super friendly, but service is quick and they take their job seriously. The one guy has been there at least a decade, and he's a pro! 👍👍. Much better than Bardonia post office with super cranky lady there! UPS store Nanuet >> all good!! 🙂

Most of my interactions have been good here until this past Sunday when a very rude person barely helped me. I've never been treated like this by any other human.

Been coming here for years for shipping my work orders. AJ, Neil and Tyler are efficient, knowledgeable, professional and super nice. They are very accommodating and have been a key part of my companies expansion into the manufacturing market.

They don’t mention you have to be there before 3pm for notary services. Even tho they close at 630pm. I got there at 3:12. Sucks.
