Watch out from Darrel - he'll service you nicely up until he closes his deal... Once the deal is done DON'T try to ask him any questions. He just wants to leave for lunch, and will give you terrible treatment. He will even threaten you. ? Watch out!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Had a software issue on my iPhone that said “No SIM available” which meant I could not make or receive phone calls and text messages. I went to this location, which I didn’t even know was there and it’s less than 10 minutes from where I live, hoping for quick assistance. This was a Saturday afternoon so I was expecting to have to wait for service but luckily it was not crowded and there were multiple associates available. I was greeted by a gentleman named Ozzy who was familiar with the software issue and knew exactly what to do. He took my into, excused himself to the back room, waited about 5 minutes for him to come back, and within another 5 minutes, he had created an E-SIM as to prevent the issue from happening in the future and setup cellular services back onto my phone. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes. Excellent service, thank you Ozzy for being so polite and professional, and I will definitely be coming back for any future phone needs/services!

store/staff is useless. every time i go there i get directed somewhere else. more importantly store absolutely reeked of marijuana which i condone privately but not in a professional setting. (stale like the staff smoked on break and came back in the store or they smoke in their car regularly and it sticks to them.) to be fair i cant assume they were high, but i know that odor.

Was there last week and it was a bad experience. My phone is currently having a service connection problem. Will not be going to this location.I honestly believe its not a verizon issue but a problem with Dennis, the manager and the workers at this location. I have been to other Verizon’s and the service is always better. They don’t have to care about customer satisfaction because its a corporate store.

Cheap selling way…. I wish there 0 stars. I went today as after contact customer service they said go get a new sim as there is no service. Once I stepped to the store asking for another sim. The rep said this is an old phone you have to go to Apple. I told him all what I need is SIM card. He said I can’t do that as your issue is Apple not SIM card. And while I am walking away , he is trying to upswell me and telling me you can get a new iPhone 14 for free. I told him I need my phone to work not a new phone. I went to another store as I didn’t trust the guy and asked for a sim they gave me put it on the phone and it working fine. Please stop the cheap up selling way this wouldn’t get you any sales..
