People sell their Percocet to people who don't need it and the people that need it can't get it. The trailer parks are feeding grounds popular one is 10 milligrams do your homework figure it out people that are actually hurting are sick and tired of watching people that don't need it get high!!!!!!!!

Decent inventory for the size of the store and inexpensive (50% off) greeting cards.Would have rated higher except that the UPS drop-off is not full service. They could not help with my amazon QR return code. I'm not as upset about the limited service as I am that their website never mentioned it. When I complained, I was told it was posted outside the store. By then, I've already wasted a trip!!

Safe for trans people. Received a comment once about using a preferred name (that was on my profile) and how it was more convenient for them to have the legal name (which is understandable, but also uncomfortable for me to do) but I have never had an issue with receiving my prescribed medication, which is rarer for trans people than one might think.I need to ask if they have a notification system sometime for if a refill doesn't go through - I've had times where it hasn't, and I've just believed that the med hasn't come in, only to discover days later that there was an issue that I needed to resolve.Otherwise, very positive experience with them - the apothecary is clean and timely.

I have been using naples apothecary for the last 3 yrs. And I just want to thank them and recognize them for everything they do! Anne, Afton and Janette go above and beyond for me every time I need anything. I was just in car accident and my meds were confiscated from police. Meds that I can't go without. My insurance would not cover a new script because my old one was not up yet. And these women took the time to figure out how to help me so I wouldn't be without. They always answer all my questions and are very good at what they do. Thank you all for everything!

Love love love the family aspect of this pharmacy. A huge shout out to all the ladies who work there. Always so positive and help in any way. Not only do they go out above and beyond for my daughters severe food allergies but they also make each time personal and ask how I’m doing through my series of surgeries. And a special shout out to Miss Ann who suggested a gel/topical to help with my bruising and swelling … it works great!!!! I highly reccomend Naples apothecary!!!!!! They also have a dumdum stash for the kids when I take them in there they always get one!!!!!

I'm absolutely befuddled as to how this place has earned a 5 star reputation. Other than one other person in the back, I believe her name is Afton. Every one else I've encountered is absolutely dreadful. Similar to a teacher that's been in the classroom to long, old, tired, and miserable. Just retire already. The lack of professionalism from the pharmacy staff is unacceptable. That's an occupation that requires a bit more compassion. I've found none here. There was also an occasion upon receiving a medication, there was another patient's address and private information attached to the prescription. (Hipaa?) They have lost my business altogether. I more often times than not prefer to keep business local, however its back to big chain store for me.

I work in PennYan and all the big name pharmacies are there but I will go out of my way to go to the Naples Apothecary. Walking in the door to Bunny saying "hello" and then the girls in the Pharmacy all knowing my name and being as nice as can be. Anne always takes a minute to ask how you are no matter how busy she is. You are a name not a number when you walk in their door
