“Based on a recommendation I gave this shop a try. It is a busy shop, so they were only able to get me in 1 month later than other shops in the area. But it was definitely worth the wait. They offered to have me bring my car in, to see if it was drive-able for the two months. Excellent service, good communication, and they even washed my car outside and in. “This Place is amazing. I came hours from home, took train to Albany to pick up a truck my uncle was letting me borrow. When I got to Albany my uncle said the red tape over the broken taillight blew off. I stopped at Riverside Auto an hour after they closed to grab some tape. I didn't know they were closed till the lady told me. By the way, she didn't tell me they were closed till after she was already helping me. Without hesitation she opened the doors and let me in and got the tape for me. This is the way business used to work. The normal here makes them the exception. Life savers. Otherwise I would have had to chance being stopped for the taillight.”

“I did a headlight restoration today. Shawn did that for me. The work was impressive. He worked for about 2 hours on my 2 headlights. The previous owner tinted my headlights for some reason, it would fail my vehicle inspection or I could get a ticket. All the other auto stores told me that I will have to change the headlight assembly which would cost me around 200 USD, which even not the original one. The original assemblies would cost around 600 USD.Walmart auto center guys did that for just 26.88 USD for me, and I can tell you how impressive the work was. I also went there earlier this week for my tire puncture and they repaired it for a minimum cost. Usually I used to go to Midas or Firestone previously, but I am so impressed by their work, this will be my first go to store from now on.Grateful to Shawn and grateful to the auto care center team.Service: Tires”
