“Had a great experience renting the tow dolly I rented attention to detail was a welcome surprise actually making sure my vehicle was safe and ready for the trip/ job at hand I had a blown fuse that I had no idea was blown and while checking my lights for the trip that was found and rather then just let me leave he actually gave me a fuse so I could be safe and have lights really nice guy good price will be doing business there again”

“Moved from upstate NY to Austin with 3 U-boxes. Drop off was great and the boxes were dropped with a forklift right where we wanted them. Pickup was just and great and on time.

Delivery was faster than quoted and access at the facility in Austin was really easy.

Extremely happy with the whole experience. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond and way a joy to interact with. Would rate 10/10 and recommend 100%.”

“OK. I’ve used this location several times, it’s convenient, right off the highway on and off. Never had a problem with the staff, very polite and professional. The other day while returning a truck that I rented, I went to use the restroom, which is a single stall. There was this young man sitting backwards on the toilet, using the tank as a desk, where he had all his drug paraphernalia laid out and was in the process of shooting up drugs. I have no idea if this person was a client of U-Haul or he just walked in to use the restroom. Definitely unacceptable. What if I would’ve walked in with my daughter and she had to use the restroom? And she walked in on this person without my knowledge. Something to bring to the attention of the U-Haul staff at 139 Broadway, Albany. Besides that I had no other issues with U-Haul. UPDATE. DID U-HAUL NOT UNDERSTAND THE REVIEW THERE WAS A PERSON SHOOTING UP DRUGS IN THE BATHROOM. IT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.”
