My dog Daisy was involved in a fight with another dog, very unfortunate. After she went to the emergency vet for $500 she went to her regular vet at Banfield and got the medicine she needed, for a discounted price compared to the Emergency people. She's on their Wellness Plan and it includes all kinds of vaccines and scheduled care of the sort. It's less than $50 a month, and if your family has luck like my family, you're gonna need it. She's fully recovered now, and the other dog is out of the equation, back to their owner (we were dog sitting for about a month)

They don’t even deserve a star. As a family, we have been going to Banfield for over 10 years. We currently have 6 dogs all enrolled in the wellness plan and our new puppy fell off the couch on Christmas Day and is now limping. Banfield refuses to see her for two weeks. What is the point of paying for a wellness plan if they don’t provide care? If she requires surgery and we delay her treatment, the recovery does not go as well. I am being forced to go to a different vet and pay for care that Banfield should be providing. I am going to be looking elsewhere for our veterinary needs.

Very reasonable pricing.Convenient national database makes taking your pet to different Banfield locations really simple. This also helps with ease of scheduling.

Amanda at the front desk does a great job...Dr. Cameron and the other doctors are very caring and work with you to fill your pet's needs.

Really thought this place would profesional and at least caringI WOULD NEVER bring my dog or recommend this trashy place to anyone with pettheir lack of customer service and empathy for your need it’s beyond bottom line STAY AWAY keep your pet safe at a local vetCalled cause my dogs breathing is heavy and he’s in distress to get the phone hung up called back to hear this is a clinic not hospital with out even asking my questionAll I had was a question FORGET THIS PLACE stick the local vets not this chain of animal clinics that just want your money with no customer service

I am so impressed and grateful to finally find a vet service that is kind, patient, considerate and fair- the ONLY vet out of many that explained and provided prices of services BEFORE doing them and respected our wishes for less vaccines rather than more since we have indoor cats. Thank you - you have gained a customer for life and I will only recommend you!

The staff is very friendly, the vet techs take detailed assessments, reviewing history, medication‘s, any issues my dog was having things to look out, for. They are very informative people and the doctors at this location are the absolute best in the business.

Worst Banfield I've ever been to. So unprofessional. Currently been on hold for more than a half hour just to reschedule an appointment. I pay $150 a month for my two dogs, you'd think they'd be able to offer better customer service. Especially with such a simple task. Last time I was there it sounded like they were beating animals in the back. My dog was so scared she pee'd herself, and that has never happened. She hasn't pee'd inside anywhere in years. Plus she went potty just an hour before. They need a complete overhaul of this location, maybe find employees that genuinely care about animals, instead of just doing it just to have a job and make money. *UPDATE* After an hour I hung up and called back and Laina laughed and blamed the phone for not reminding her I was still there. Now they're telling me there's no openings till August! Originally they told me they had openings in March, so I purchased the package for my animals immediately. Then I was told after spending hundred of dollars that someone lied to me and there's no availability till May. Now I have to wait till August? Wow. Really care for animals here...

I needed to bring in my Dog ,due to our Vet was on Vacation. I was 100% satisfied the Vet tech was gentle and very kind ,The Vet was also extremely kind and explained everything I needed to do .I really appreciate them fully disclosing the prices of there services. Veterinarians are wonderful but the CSEs could use some training on people skills. Every time I go I have a problem with the staff-CSEs.
