I haven’t even used this pharmacy but they get one star for their horrible phone etiquette and unprofessionalism. I called to speak with the pharmacist regarding a prescription, and I guess when he answered he didn’t hear me start with “hi, how are you?” before introducing myself and continuing my question so he just continued to say “hi” and “hello” over and over, speaking over me and interrupting to the point I had to ask if he was able to hear me to which I received a snide remark about saying hello. Talk about unprofessional.

The pharmacist named Dinitrious is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to ask questions to as he is very wellInformed. Goes out of his way for the customer to help!

Costco's pizza is still one of the best deals I town! $1.99 for a slice or $9.99 a pie. Not the best pizza but it's great when it's fresh. My pepperoni slice was not too floppy but a little salty for my taste. Still great!

The cheesecake from Costco is very underwhelming. It seems like a Japanese sponge cake with cheesecake filling. Certainly, quantity over quality.

I came in to shop first thing in the morning. The store had everything stocked that I was looking for. The seafood looked amazing! Fruitcake is already out and ready to go. Check out was quick and painless. Too early for pizza. Maybe next time!

This Costco is not as good as the Holbrook or Commack locations. It's smaller and not as well stocked. This location does not have a gas station. The snack bar has a good slice of pepperoni pizza for $1.99.

I waited the 20 minutes they told me it would take to fill my prescription. I walked up to the counter to see if it was ready and I was told, very rudely, to step away from the counter!!!! Definitely lacking customer service!!!!

I checked the pharmacy hours, open today 930-6pm. I came to pick up my prescription which the pharmacy had called me and told me was ready for pick up. Needless to say , I came at 140pm and there was one pharmacy employee at the pharmacy register who told me that she could not get our prescription. She was not permitted by law. She advised me that the pharmacist was a break and went to get her from the break room. The woman walked back and told me that the pharmacist wasn't coming back to the pharmacy until her break was over , in about 15 minutes. What other pharmacy does this ? NONE. Absolutely ridiculous that they have ONE employee that can retrieve your prescription. Maybe the web site should advise when employees are permitted to take breaks so they don't have customers waiting for extended periods of time !!!

This Costco is still fairly new. I just called to inquire about buying a membership but kept getting rerouted over and over and over again. The voicemail kept repeating itself. No one ever picked up the phone!!

Great location right by the mall. Love their rotisserie chicken - much better quality than other rotisserie chickens at other grocery stores and also better than BJ's. Come here for the milk, eggs, and anything at the food court. Beware of peak shopping hours (weekends) as it gets super crowded and hard to navigate, but you do get to try a lot of free samples if you enjoy shopping during these times and don't mind taking longer to get to checkout.
